An excellent service all round

I don’t always get round to leaving reviews, but in this case it has to be done. Cubitt and West, Patcham/Woodingdean, have just been so lovely and committed from start to finish, throughout a complicated and protracted purchase, a chain of 9 sets of agents, solicitors and unpredictable humans! In the best possible way it felt like an old-style personal approach you don’t often get from estate agents these days, which we deeply appreciated. I don’t want to miss anyone out because without each of their help we would not now be about to move into our dream home, which seemed an impossibility when we first viewed it. Thank you Alice, Louise, Charlotte, Garry and Steve, for your patience, approachability and dedication in making this happen for us. Hopefully, we will not be moving again any time soon, if ever, but we would most definitely recommend you to anyone who is.

I have been very impressed with Cubitt & West, Redhill. Kristine Capule, especially, listened to my requirements carefully when I put my property on the market, and she managed to secure a buyer extremely quickly. She was also spot on to suggest properties that I might be interested in, which helped me to find a new property I wanted to buy quickly too. Kristine is extremely professional, courteous and she is a careful listener and has the expertise to get you fast to the next step when it comes to selling and buying property. Nothing is too much trouble, and she is always happy to assist with any additional queries one might have. Could not recommend enough

We have recently sold our property through Cubitt & West and could not recommend the southsea branch enough. We instantly warmed to Maddison the moment she came to do a valuation and throughout the whole journey, she has been invaluable. Amelia and Emily have been incredible whilst conducting viewings and as a result, we sold within just a few days.The entire team has also helped us with our own property search and we have felt nothing but supported and listened to. The marketing and sale of our property by Zoey and the subsequent co-ordination with our purchase by Julie was first class. Zoey showed more interest and requested more knowledge of our home than the competition. The whole experience from start to finish has been very professional from Cubitt and West. Siobhan initially got the property on the market swiftly and got buyers queueing up. Communication was clear, concise and just when I needed it to keep me on track. The team in the background like Lindy and Aumit kept the sale moving along with patience and diligence. Over the moon with the service we have received from the Horley branch.After speaking to four estate agents about putting our house on the market, we were immediately drawn to Siobhan. I have rented from cubitt and west for nearly 8 years. Marcus who is head of lettings in portsmouth is the most kindest and easiest man to get on with. He has always listened to all my needs and helps me every step of the way to get the right home I need from start to finish.
