Great experience!

My partner and I had our first ever viewing and was shown around by Aden. Aden was fantastic and was full of knowledge and could answer almost all of our questions (all the important ones). Once our viewing was done, Aden had told us that hadn’t been in the job very long but after spending 10 - 15 mins with him I would have thought he’d been in the job for years!

Id recommend Cubitt and West for anyone wanting to sell their home. The whole team went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free and as positive as possible for my elderly mum. They couldn't of done more to support her and even going beyond their job description to help her organise and fill in paperwork. We recently sold our house with Cubbitt and West.Although they are a bit more expensive than other estate agents we felt we made the right choice as we couldn't fault the service provided.We told them from the beginning we will need time to find a house to buy and they totally understood and we haven't felt any pressure from them.This although our house sold in one day.Especially Julie Bramble the sales progressor was very helpful providing us with regular updates and checking in with solicitors. Selling my house quickly with Cubit and West

I decided to go with Cubit and West, due to the sales pitch by Claire Mansell which was very impressive. Once I had prepared the house for sale, photographs and a video tour were taken and sent to their Data base of potential buyers, the house was immediately viewed and an offer excepted before the house went live on their web-site, Zoopla or Rightmove.I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale at every step of the way, mainly by Cailean Burns, he normally answered the phone and was always happy to answer my questions and queries.They are also dealing with the sale of my girlfriends house sale and once again Cailean has been the main point of contact and has been happy to chase any questions and issues on that sale too.I was very happy with the whole process.

The team in Horley is absolutely outstanding… from their communication style to the level of professionalism is spot on. I have been dealing with Ellie, Siobhan, and Ben, who are so understanding about your time limitations, routine etc…. Renting first time couple

Myself and my partner have just moved in together for the first time. A bigger challenge than we first imagined. After countless viewings we finally stumbled upon a lovely house very local to us. The viewing appointment was very easy and straight forward. Ciaran Street from the Crawley branch helped set this up for us and it was a pleasure viewing the property and talking to Ciaran about it helping answer any questions we had. We eventually got the go ahead to move in and Cubitt and West made this very straight forward for us. Everything went smoothly and with the help and reassurance from Ciaran who was always available to help with any questions or worries we had we moved in with ease.
