I must agree with the other reviews that I read when I accessed this site that Eloise and her team in this branch of Cubitt and West give a fabulous customised service to both buyers and sellers. Whilst searching for my next home in Brighton I have mainly dealt with Alice who has been superb. She is always efficient, friendly and takes the time with potential buyers to understand the type and style of property they require. She provides exactly the right advice, suggesting which properties are most sensible to view and then conducts those viewings professionally, with enthusiasm and a smile. The Cubitt and West team has kept me up to date with the progression of any offer I make and, as I type, I have my fingers firmly crossed that I will hear very soon that I am the purchaser selected to buy what I would really love as my next home. My experience with Maddison at Cubitt & West has been exceptional! Maddison was so helpful from the very first phonecall I made. Maddison is such a lovely person and excellent at her job - she not only listened carefully to our needs and gave us some brilliant advice, but she also embraced our home life wonderfully when she visited us; she was so very lovely to our very chatty and confident little boy, and was so attentive to him whilst juggling her professional role whilst with us and we are so grateful. Although we haven’t gone ahead to sell & buy right now, if the time does come I will be making Maddison my first port of call. The team have all been very good at keeping in touch with us in a supportive way without there being any pressure whatsoever.
