I recently split with my partner and was in dire need of finding a place to rent. I enquired through Cubitt & West to view a property.Dan met me at the property and showed me around in a very calm and professional manner. He could sense the property wasn’t quite right for me so went about asking what I was looking for.Dan was not pushy like most agents and true to his word, he sent me over a few more properties to consider.Sadly, I found a property elsewhere that was better suited. That said, I would not hesitate for a second contacting Dan in the future if my circumstance changes.In a world whereby everyone is treated like a pound sign, Dan has an old school appreciation whereby the clients needs are priority.Thank you Dan

we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

The service we have received from Cubitt and West Patcham from start to finish has been great. We have both bought our new property and sold our previous property through them and the entire process took less than 3 months, it was incredible. I want to particularly mention Zak, who sold our house without it even going on the market, he was so professional, honest and not at all pushy, which I have previously experienced with estate agents, he priced our house competitively which attracted a lot of interest and in turn sold for higher than the guide price. I also want to mention Alice who is a delight, so kind and natural, she originally shown us around our new property, everything went smoothly and she was always quick to reply with any queries we had. It was not the valuation that persuaded us but the positive ‘can do’ attitude of Eloise. She was true to her word. We achieved £9,000 more than we expected. Where do I start! Cubitt & West we’re amazing from start to finish! Eloise knows how to run a hardworking team! Zak & Alice never hesitated to help with any questions or queries.
