GoogleAs tenants, with some agencies one can be treated with less respectful customer service than I would expect. I am just that.. a customer and as important as 'the owner. The home that I am renting is just that MY HOME from being shown round our new home to now being a tenant, the Belvoir team have provided great service. They assisted positively through the (dreadful)referencing process- (this being outsourced to let alliance-not a very good experience! ). through to moving in day and beyond. The team respond to queries really quickly and efficiently Top marks. would highly recommend especially as they seem to be recognising that in the changing housing market where more and more people rent, agents NEED to respect that renters are not secondary to homeowners, and so expect to be treated with the same amount of respect and service afforded to owners. GoogleThe team at Belvoir have been helpful, cheerful and all around amazing since day one. They really went out of their way to help me and my partner find our first flat together. From viewings to references and guarantors, they helped everything run as smoothly and stress free as possible. I felt as though they genuinely cared about helping us as much as they could, and were truly interested in us as people and not just 'tenants'. So refreshing after a poor experience with a previous Brighton agency! Keep up the good work Belvoir!

GoogleI have recently rented a property in Hove from Belvoir. They were incredibly helpful and made my move as simple and easy as possible. Every question I had they answered within the hour and the few issues I had with the property were sorted that day. I even lost my house keys within 1 week of moving in and the team came out to help me outside their opening hours. Such a brilliant experience, super nice friendly people and really efficient. Can’t recommend them enough!

GoogleBelvoir are indeed a 5 star letting agency. Fair, upfront and efficient. I've been renting a property with them for 4 years and it's been a real pleasure. They've made the whole process from begining to end an easy journey with no hidden agenda. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I highly recommended renting a property through Belvoir as they will 100% take care both tennant's and landlords needs are met acting as a great middleman.

GoogleThe agency was very nice to us on the phone and we made a booking to see a place for 2pm. We arrived and no one showed up and we called the agency and they told us they had given it to someone else and not even bothered to cancel our booking. Would not recommend these people to anyone. What a waste of time and petrol...(3 hour drive)NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMy partner and I have recently rented a property under this agency, and everyone involved was so helpful from beginning to end, making effort to keep in contact and put out fires that arose during the process. The main person we communicated with was Amber and she was lovely, but everyone chipped in when she wasn't available, and generally our emails were answered within a day. Grateful to find an agency that treats its clientel humanely!

GoogleI thought Brand vaughan was bad but belvoir in brighton has been the worst experience I have had. It is practically run by people who have no sense of professionalism that do the bare minimum to get through the work day. However, I am aware of some general maintenance which has been dealt with, and am aware of a situation with the property below you, which was taken care of as a matter of urgency which had very little impact on yourself and property. The team work hard to respond to every situation accordingly and take the right actions. General maintenance happens during the tenancy and I can see from our system that maintenance requests have been actioned.
