GoogleWe sold our bungalow with Peter David and we are so glad we did. The sale turned out to be difficult due to circumstances beyond our control. The staff at P.D helped us through the difficulties and were always there when the going got tough. Peter David advised on preferred buyer, vetted their financial status and regularly chased agents and solicitors acting for the various parties in the chain until legal completion. I cannot recommend Peter David enough.

Recently, Jane (Ashish) has been dealing with any issues with my tenants/property and has done so in a timely manner. I have no complaints with the service Peter David’s offer and would recommend them to anyone wishing to rent a property.

GoogleVery poor service, no communication at all. All for landlords and no time for tenants. Will never ever use this company again. Terrible damp issues I had to live with.
Hi Julia, Thank you for your feedback. It is disappointing to hear that you felt the service was not good. As you know, we had multiple specialists out to investigate the issues you were having (as well as several visits from our own team) but unfortunately the specialists advised the damp was being caused by poor ventilation and fish tanks. As the landlord did not approve the fish tanks or dog you had, she said she would prefer for you to move out of the property before the fixed term contract but did ask for one months' notice, which you failed to give, hence the claim against the deposit. We wish you the best of luck with your next property.

Hi Craig, As you know I have reached out to you privately regarding this and you didn't realise you would need to apply for a property if you wanted to proceed. Unfortunately another person did submit an application and the landlord has chose to proceed with this person. I have asked you to let us know if you see any other suitable properties to rent but just to confirm, you would always need to submit an application for the landlord's consideration before we could accept you to start a tenancy.
