Highly recommended Peter David Brighouse. We have rented a couple of accommodation from Brighouse Branch over many of years and also sold our house with great value. The whole team is professional, attentive, excellent, friendly, very helpful and incredible workmanship. During my recent house purchase I was lucky enough to deal with Annette in the sales team. Her skills and hard work helped get a difficult purchase over the line and I’m very grateful for her efforts. Peter David Brighouse in general had a nice family feel with personable & professional staff who were very responsive.

Jane from the Lettings team, is very professional, approachable but caring as well. I have known Jane over a number of years and even when the property is vacant she will go the extra mile to get the jobs done on our behalf. Many thanks for the support.

Visited and gave details of what we are looking for, but they have not bothered to contact us once when a property has come onto the market and we only see them on Rightmove or Zoopla.

Great service and extremely helpful and professional staff. I used PDP to let and manage my mothers house when she went into a nursing home. During the 5 years since then I have nothing but praise for the team in the rentals dept. Tenants have come and gone, repairs have been needed and insurance claims have been required but everything has been dealt with calmly and professionally with a minimum of fuss. Excellent.

Peter David estate agent are not forthcoming regarding information and keep irrelevant information on a property very close to their chest. Be very careful with this estate agent and ask for all the info on every property.

The team provided an excellent end to end service when selling my parents home when they were both ill. They were extremely accomodating and worked around our unique circumstances with kindness and efficiency, they also bridged a gap left by our sadly lacking solicitors. I'd highly recommend them to anyone - they were worth every penny!

Made the quite daunting experience of buying a house very straight forward and Chloe responded to all of my queries promptly with top advice. They provided regular updates on the process never leaving me in the dark. Would highly recommend to any one buying a home as they operate their business in a effective and professional manner.
