Booked an appointment on Monday for the following Friday morning for a valuation of my house. Had an email confirmation and even a reminder on Friday morning. At the appointment time, no one turned up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited half an hour. Still no one turned up. Phoned the office and spoke to Alex Green (who the email was sent from) who said he didn’t know anything about the booking. I was really annoyed as I had taken time off work and all Alex could offer was an alternative appointment a week later. Won’t be trusting them to sell my house for me. I get it that mistakes happen but this actually cost me my loss of earnings for that morning.

After moving from our initial estate agents due to poor communication, poor attitudes and undervaluing the property, Peter David and fran in particular, we’re a breath of fresh air! Fran went above and beyond her role to not only sell but assist in the selling process with solicitors. She kept me up to date the entire way and was an absolute delight to work with. I’m not sure what we would have done without her on such a complex sale. She definitely lessened the headaches of dealing with solicitors etc! The staff at Peter david are all friendly and were super helpful from the beginning. They pointed us in the direction of their in house mortgage advisor who got us the house we wanted. Great communication throughout our whole purchase. Fran was particularly efficient- no email or call went unanswered. She helped to try speed up what was an exceptionally long procress in the end. We appreciate all her help support and patience dealing with the back and forth between us and our sellers. Overall I would recommend this estate agents.

My wife and I have just sold our house through Peter David in Brighouse and managed to get the sale completed and us moved before the end of the stamp duty "holiday" at the end of June 2021 . We put the house up for sale in March and had several estate agents visit and want us to sign with them but we chose Peter David because of their all round professional approach , flexibility with selling tactics ( mix of their website, promotion s on Rightmove etc) and they were the most engaged in wanting to help us . It turned out to be a fantastic decision as Fran, Amelia and the team at Brighouse were fantastic. Their support and helpfulness could not be faulted during a very hectic time for sellers, buyers , estate agents and solicitors. In particular their ability to respond quickly to telephone and emails meant our sale went perfectly. Doing viewings with COVID arrangements in place is not ideal so a logical but flexible approach was needed and this was possible.We would highly recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

We recently purchased a property marketed through Peter Davids in Brighouse. It needed a lot of work doing and contractors needed access prior to move in date... which the staff arranged with their client seamlessly. We couldn't visualise what it may look like after renovation but Sally was able to arrange for us to visit a property they had previously sold that had already been renovated....thus going the extra mile for us. The customer service we received from the staff there was excellent, as was the advice and help to obtain our "forever home" at a time when the housing market was going crazy. I have used Peter David Estate agents 5 times over the last few years to find tenants for my rental property. They are friendly efficient and extremely helpful. The tenants they found and recommended to us have become friends. When I started renting my property I knew nothing about the industry and the staff at Peter David talked me through everything I needed to know. They put me in touch with an electrician, who worked into the evening to complete checks and get a safety certificate in a hurry. They always go the extra mile. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and have given great advice with issues that have arisen. A big thank you to Jane, for getting back to me so quickly this morning.
