GoogleNiamh has been brilliant from the first day we met her and has gone above and beyond what we expected from a letting agent. By far the best agent we have dealt with over the last 15 years. I’d highly recommend this agency because of Niamh!

GoogleI was recommended to Peter David Properties by my business partner. Before signing up with them I decided to visit their office to talk to staff and get a feel for the type of service they would offer. I spoke to Noel who really understood the buy to let market and what would be needed to refurbish and relet the property. Helen and Beckie, who gave me confidence they really understood the market and would be able to sell at a decent price reasonably quickly. The property was put on the market on 23rd January and was sold on 16th March. I highly recommend them.

GoogleAs an estate agent myself with over 13 years of experience throughout the property industry, I was obviously anxious about instructing an agent that I wasn’t working for to sell my home in Lightcliffe. As they were so helpful when I bought the house with them, I thought I’d ask Rick to come back out for a valuation when we were ready to sell. They accommodated the time I wanted, turned up on time and gave me a professional opinion which was extremely close to the price we achieved. Everything was handled smoothly from photos, typing my brochure and getting the house live. Regular updates from Faye ensured I wasn’t on their backs as I can be persistent! We moved house today and I’ve been really happy with the service overall. I can see why Peter David have recently won an award. It was well deserved!
