Made the quite daunting experience of buying a house very straight forward and Chloe responded to all of my queries promptly with top advice. They provided regular updates on the process never leaving me in the dark. Would highly recommend to any one buying a home as they operate their business in a effective and professional manner.

GoogleTerrible customer service. If the vendor of 9 Villa Gardens reads this, please change agents. I was unable to arrange a viewing and told to call back when I can be available?!
Hi Carla, Thank you for your review, we are sorry that you have not received a satisfactory level of service. I have looked into this and I believe it was the Halifax branch that you were dealing with as this property is listed with them. I have forwarded the feedback onto the director of this branch for him to review. In the meantime, if you would like to contact them directly you can do so by phone 01422 366948 or by email Halifax@peterdavid.co.uk. Thank you

GoogleAs a joint owner of a property I was shocked to see it up for sale without my consent. Although they may have asked my ex if she was the sole owner, no checks where made to confirm this. In itself, this is excusable but they took over 2 months to remove the property from the market and take down the sign, hence the 1 star.
