Professional, friendly and efficient service. Unusual for a buyer to recommend an estate agent but based on my recent experience of the Oxford based New Homes Team I felt it warranted some positive recognition and recommendation. They helped me as a buyer secure and exchange on my new Oxford apartment in less than six weeks from initial viewing and I’m now keenly awaiting successful legal completion. A special note of thanks to Matt, who I now understand is the newest member of the team which was not obvious from the level of service provided at first and second viewings and his handling of the submission and initial progression of my offer. He was a credit to the New Homes Team and certainly got my purchase off to a great start; before Mel, Lucy and Joe helped ensure we met the agreed offer exchange timetable. The Team kept all parties involved updated with progress and flagged any issues and required action. They ensured a smooth process throughout by timely monitoring, action and follow up, especially evident when lead team members’ were absent on leave or simply unavailable. Such absences didn’t adversely impact progress as all the team members were obviously suitably briefed and managed so promptly helped with emails and calls, or escalated if required, to get matters addressed and progressed quickly regardless of a specific team member’s availability. An impressive team effort indeed and based on my recent positive experience I’d happily recommend them as an agent you’d enjoy and appreciate dealing with whether you’re buying or selling.

AVOID *** Terrible experience as students and we completely feel as though we have been taken advantage of! Communication was always unhelpful and maintenance issues always took months to be resolved. Full deposit was never returned as they stated it was left unclean even though the inspector stated it was in the best condition he had seen. Make sure to take thorough photos of the property’s condition/ cleanliness when you move in, if you don’t, like us, they’ll use it against you at the end of the tenancy. They quite frankly try to make money out of you as and where they can.

Inhouse helped me get my first flat and on the housing ladder. Almost a month in and I'm already very settled in my new home. Diane was very helpful on my viewing and offered me sound advice as I've never done this before. When the offer was accepted I was put in the very helpful hands of Annie, who helped push along the solicitors/ conveyancing process. The only thing that let it down was that The sale took longer than perhaps should have been, but no fault in InHouse and I am very grateful to have managed to get a place. Absolutely great estate agents especially Annie who pushed our sale along. You're not meant to have favourites but Annie was our favourite. If you need to buy or sell a house I would contact them, and even if you don't need to buy a house I would pop in anyway because maybe you meant to buy a house but forgot to put it on your shopping list and are going to feel pretty silly when you get home. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco when we picked up the keys which was a really nice extra touch that was much appreciated. 100% recommended if you're wanting to flog or be flogged a house.

I use Inhouse to rent my property and the service is excellent, most of that is down to Jon Pepper who has the best customer service I've ever come across. The other staff are always so polite and go out of their way to help and Kat has been really helpful of late too. Communication for me is so important as a customer and Inhouse make sure you are kept in the loop with everything and always contact you back when they say they will.
