GoogleI rented a property managed by in-house and they tried to hold back part of my deposit claiming it is for freshening up of the property as well as mould damage. These claims were untrue and it’s amazing that I kept a detailed record or the property through photos and emails. We went through the dispute resolution and clearly I was in the right. Dishonesty is disgusting. Jon, honesty is the best policy.

The photography was excellent and having gone on the market in early December, the house was sold on 11th January.
