GoogleIts been quite the journey with DDM, we were originally with another estate agent who were not very professional and then we met Liberty on a viewing, she was so professional and friendly that we decided to move over to DDM and that was nearly 2 years ago!! Liberty & Darryl had no problem selling our property, it was just unfortunate we had buyers pull out twice.
When we felt like it was the end of the line, Liberty kept us reassured that we would find our 3rd time lucky buyer and she found them. We moved on the 19th Sep into our forever home and thanks to Liberty she even helped push it over the line with exchange of contracts too. I think she was just excited as we were to finally reach the finish line.
Nothing was too much trouble, always helped, reassured, kept professional when a previous buyer was rude, kept us up to date, always made time to speak whether on the phone, email or in the office.
Will certainly miss the chats, but will definitely call in when in Brigg to say hi 😊
Liberty really is a credit to the company and so we highly recommend DDM to sell your property!!

GoogleOutstanding service from Dan and Kirstey and the team at Mansons who rented out our student property for us.
We have a small portfolio and have been landlords for a number of years and have used a number of different agents over the years.
Mansons are by far the best!
Dan introduced us to Mansons and explained in detail about the services they offer to landlords.
We decided to use their services to find tenants for our student property in Heaton.
Kirstey met us at the property to carry out the property valuation and appraisal. During the appraisal, Kirstey gave advice on how to present the property at it's best, explaining what appeals to students.
The property was put on the market and the presentation of the property was exceptional.
The team at Mansons organised viewings very promptly, always showing respect to our tenants by giving them notice. (We have seen many agents in the past organise viewings without informing our tenants!)
Dan informed us about every viewing and gave us any feedback received. Very quickly tenants were found for our property.
Dan continued to keep us up to date throughout the whole process, from referencing, to the day the tenants moved in. He explained they use a very thorough vetting process which also ensures checks with previous landlords. ( We have been let down by other agents in the past with regards to their referencing checks)
We've also received excellent feedback from our new tenants who have stated they found dealing with Mansons a joy!
