I can only comment from a buyer’s perspective. But I must say I gave the office phone calls, messages left, regarding my purchase. Never once had any call back on several occasions. I phoned the bridge north office, as they were the so called progressive sales team. I had a date I could complete, 2 messages and phone never picked up , no matter what time of the day I phoned them. Now I will delay my completion. By 2 weeks as I’m also in no rush . They can explain that to the vendor they are so called acting for. Steer clear is my true advise to anyone wanting to sell with them .

During 8 months of conflict with very difficult tenants, Ann demonstrated her dedication, professionalism and knowledge as we finally secured an eviction. Real estate....real pain

In the process of selling my property in Bridgnorth and they have been by a square country mile the worst estate agency I have yet used.Although I told both the office manager,Kim and the branch manager Andrew of my unhappiness with the levels of service I was told basically that I'd achieved my asking price and that these things never run smoothly!!!Their sales progression team, which was one of the deciding factors when choosing them, has been a joke and information, mostly by email, has been terse and uninformative.Calls were often not returned for days.Their services are not cheap and in retrospect I would have used the likes of Purple Bricks if I'd known that I would have to have been so involved.Very poor.

Really supportive and effective

I was shown around my now new home by Nock Deighton Newport. Unlike other experiences I have had with other estate agents, I was not rushed and they answered all my questions. They were always available and contactable. All the staff I spoke to (Sue and Kim) were very supportive. Ann Skelley has managed my property in Bridgnorth for a number of years. Living abroad, as I do, means that I very much depend on a responsive agent for issues large and small. Last year a tenant caused serious water damage by leaving a tap running overnight. This required a great deal of legwork with insurers and builders to effect extensive repairs and replacement of fittings. Ann handled things brilliantly from start to finish. I was kept informed of options throughout the process, and was greatly reassured by her professionalism and attention to detail. Although we have done lots of research, as first time buyers we still needed a lot of guidance throughout the process of buying our house. I don't normally leave reviews but Andrew and his team went above and beyond to help us and offered first class customer service, especially when compared to other agents we have spoken to (mentioning no names!). My mom was also looking to sell her property at the same time and even though it was not in their area, their advice saved us £1000's. Thought about using an online agent but so glad we didn't. Honest and genuinely care about their customers. Can't recommend enough.

I purchased a cottage through Nock Deighton’s Bridgnorth Office, 4 yrs ago. I found them to be very friendly and extremely professional and helpful. It made sense to let my property out with these guys and I have not looked back since. Ann is my property Manager who has looked after me and my property over the last few years. Accepted offer undermined by Nock Deighton

After a successful viewing, my wife and I agreed verbally with the vendors to buy their property. I confirmed the amount with the Nock Deighton sales agent the same day and asked how we should proceed. To my amaizement a phone call from Nock Deighton the following day informed me there had been another offer and the venors had decided to take this offer as the buyer was more proceedable. I informed the sales agent when he called to inform me of the u-turn by the vendors that a verbal offer and acceptance by the vendor was legally binding. He disagreed. Maybe Nock Deighton intervened because I had found more competitive sales fees than Nock Deighton and told them this, who knows? In any event legal advice will be considered as I find the whole process very unprofessional and underhand.
