Since Ann has been involved I've noticed a massive improvement in the overall management of my property : professional, prompt in reply, friendly, able to explain & offer suggestions - in short willing to go the extra mile. Ann Skelley has ensured all repairs required have been conducted quickly and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. Ann is very quick to get in touch with me to update on any query raised by the tenants and has good a relationship with a great property maintenance service to get repairs completed quickly. We needed an electrician in a hurry for our rental property, and I wished to speak with Tracey. I was told she was in a meeting, but she phoned me back as son as she could, and an electrician was there at the house within a couple of hours. Was impressed with this service.Have always dealt with Tracey and found her helpful and efficient, and so much more helpful than a computer!

GoogleSHOCKING ! One of the worst estate agents I have dealt with, or tired to. There is a dream house we are interested in. I called on a Saturday morning, but they were no bothered at all. They said there was an offer already on the property I was interested in. I asked if it was likely to excepted, and they said yes. I asked if I could leave my name and details just in case and they reluctantly took my details. 3 weeks later and its still for sale with no offer or SSTC notice. Last week I emailed them. I got bombarded with emails asking to join their agent list to receive first notification of properties. I also did this for 1 week as they properties they sent are random. There is no option to specify the kind of house you want. We are now in week two, and I have not received any reply to my original email asking about the property. All I can do now, is write a letter to the people selling the house in the hope they will return my call and I can arrange a viewing. Absolutely shocking. Thank goodness I'm not using them to sell my house, as I have no confidence in them whatsoever.

Nock Deighton, and in my case specifically, Millie Hicks has been extremely helpful, kind and considerate on every step of the rental process, everything is clearly explained and any questions I had were answered with a refreshing swiftness.I would wholeheartedly recommend Nock Deighton (and Millie) to anyone who wants to rent a property and not have to deal with really annoying agencies that just ignore you sometimes.

GoogleAs first time buyers, we thought buying our house would be stressful and daunting at times. However, I cannot recommend and thank Misha Mackay (Office Manager) enough! She has been extremely professional as well as friendly and reliable. She has supported us throughout the process by answering our ongoing calls, emails and questions whilst pointing us in the direction of relevant steps we need to follow and quotes from local services. We have been updated along every step of the way so we always knew what was happening. Again, thank you so much for all of your patience, help and support throughout this process!

Kidderminster branch - House was overvalued and sales patter was convincing about how my house would sell within the week. Having paid £280 for photos I expected these to be of a high standard. House went on in January 23. Not a single viewing or enquiry. Unable to find house on website using search function. I had to chase a couple of times to get things changed re: photos that were put up on moving site. Photos poor quality and included something I specifically asked to be blurred out. Pictures changed on one site but not the other. Abandoned by the agent. Had a couple of phone calls in all that time suggesting I drop price, which I did. Then next call was to drop price again a couple of weeks later. I asked to have photos taken again, or my money back for those. Was told they did not think there was anything wrong with photos and basically I was defensively told they would understand if I wanted to go elsewhere. I have not been ringing and pestering but have been polite and patient. They did not have any sales strategy or advice for me apart from drop price even though no price related feedback as no viewings. Really poor service. I do not feel like they marketed my house properly at all. Refused to refund the money for photos and refused to remedy poor quality. I would avoid.

After a painful experience with another Estate Agent in trying to help sell my fathers property, with no offers after 8 months, we instructed Andy Dawson from Nock Deighton, Shrewsbury to handle the sale. I found him to be extremely professional and kept me posted on a very regular basis off how things were progressing. His approach and marketing of my fathers property was outstanding and after little over a month we received an offer which we have accepted. Andy has been a breath of fresh air in the dealings we have experienced trying to sell my fathers house. I cannot thank him enough for all his help and advice. I struggle with technology so couldn’t register my bid 😧 so they walked me through the whole process, nothing was to much trouble Jazz spent slot of her time with me and explained the process every step of the way.
