Well done to the team at Nock Deighton for the thoroughly professional handling of my house sale up to the point of SSTC. Misha Mackay was my primary contact, who I found to be outstanding with sales negotiation matters, including regular updates, details of viewings and offers, advice and so on. We bought a property through Nock Deighton which we later let out to a tenant. We had excellent service throughout and especially from Ann Skelley who has always been helpful and diligent. The property has been well managed on our behalf. I was especially thankful for this when we had a prolonged difficulty with a tenant. We have been using Nock Deighton to manage our property since 2008. We have been working with Ann Skelley, who throughout the years has been professional in her assistance and management. She has always made sure that she follows the rules to ensure that the property is managed in an appropriate manner. Ann is always working to ensure that both the landlord and tenant are dealt with in a professional manner. Communication from both Ann and Danni Gardener are always prompt and they keep us updated on the progress of issues being addressed. Living overseas we really need excellent communications for any issues that arise in our property. I would recommend using Nock Deighton, in particular Ann Skelley to manage your property as we have been satisfied for the last 14 years.

First class! Having dealt with many agents over the years, I can honestly say that the team @ Nock Deighton Bridgnorth have surpassed my expectations! Having lost a sale on the day of exchange - the whole team rallied around and within 24 hours we had more viewings and sold again.. The most impressive part of their service is the after sales team - especially Laura Hurd. Laura has been contactable whenever I needed her, she is approachable, professional and always on point! I don’t give 5 stars very easily but for Laura and the team, I would give 10/10! Worth every penny

This is the best experience we have had in selling our home and the purchase of another! Andy Dawson, from the SHREWSBURY Office, has been our main contact and has been fabulous. He has been so helpful and has kept us fully informed from the outset. There is no having to chase him and Andy even went out of his way to continue with negotiations and viewings despite it being over the Christmas and New Year period when he was not working. This resulted in an extremely quick sale of our property and the securing of our new home. He is friendly, very proactive and has a nice relaxed manner making you feel at ease without thinking his foot is "off the pedal"! Everything he told us has been realistic and honest and we would unhesitatingly recommend Andy and Nock Deighton to anyone. Lazy & intrusive lettings procedures | ask for you to provide a full copy of your Experian credit report prior to processing a rental application!!!! Usual process across the entire Country is to check a redacted version with only CCJ s and adverse credit on - not sure what business it is of yours what I spend my money on or who I spend it with, when I am applying for a property £150 below my rental threshold whilst I save to buy!! Will not be applying for any properties and urge others not to unless you want your entire life riffled through by lowly letting agents who think they're divorce solicitors!
