GoogleWe have been renting with Nock Deighton for a year. Ann Skelley has been our property manager throughout this time and we can’t fault the service we receive. For any repairs or issues, we have used the online reporting system which Ann has then very quickly followed up and organised repairs to take place! A very professional and easy to work with letting agents!

She does a fantastic job for her company her emails are prompt, and the content is I always comprehensive explaining the issue in a precise manner giving problem solutions and options. She does her job in a very efficient way always in a friendly and helpful way. She is a credit to her company.

GoogleWe rented in Ditton Priors through Nock Deighton and had a great experience with the whole team. Jordan Dunning and Millie Hicks were on the ball and very accomodating during the process of viewing and securing the rental. Then Ann Skelley has always been really responsive and organised when it comes to managing the property along with Dani Gardner. We would definitely rent through them again.

After a successful viewing, my wife and I agreed verbally with the vendors to buy their property. I confirmed the amount with the Nock Deighton sales agent the same day and asked how we should proceed. To my amaizement a phone call from Nock Deighton the following day informed me there had been another offer and the venors had decided to take this offer as the buyer was more proceedable. I informed the sales agent when he called to inform me of the u-turn by the vendors that a verbal offer and acceptance by the vendor was legally binding. He disagreed. Maybe Nock Deighton intervened because I had found more competitive sales fees than Nock Deighton and told them this, who knows? In any event legal advice will be considered as I find the whole process very unprofessional and underhand.

This was the second time Viv Jones has conducted the annual house inspection at our long term rental property. She is always very prompt, not early or late, respectful within the house taking shoes off and moving around politely. She inspects what is needed to honour what the owners need to know but having consideration for our belongings and rights as tenants as well. She actions any repairs needed very quickly and keeps a full photographic record which assures both us and the owners the house is kept in good order. Never any issues with the inspection process. GoogleNock Deighton manage all but 1 of our properties and thats only due to the 1 being in Birmingham. Ann Skelley is our property manager and she really is on the ball. We never have to chase for any maintenance updates, she emails progress reports and overall is a great contact to have. Id recommend Ann to get the job done.

Have been with nock deigton for 3 years now and have only positive things to say.The 6 monthly inspections with Sylvia Hames are always a pleasure...she is really polite and professional and very appreciative of improvements I've done in the flat..I don't ever have visitors here so it's nice to have someone appriciate my hard work.Nock deigtons repairs service on their website is great...very easy to use and very quick response times.. from the time the reports made to the time the contractor comes out is super fast..I really can't fault them at all..It is also very Reasonable rent...I would highly recommend this estate agent

GooglePut the house on the market in Sep 23, initial interest and offers but poor communications and no effort to close the sales. Overtime viewing slowed and no advice on how to get more viewings other than drop the price. Decided to keep the house and rent out. Taken nearly a month to remove from ND website / Rightmove and have made no effort to contact me since we pulled the sale. House now being rented and was going to use ND but given the poor service gone elsewhere, house now sorted with tenant moving in soon.

Tracey Jones delt with an issue I had with some raised slabs in our back garden. The raised slabs had resulted in my youngest son tripping and breaking 2 of his fingers. Tracey responded quickly and had someone out within 24 hours of the initial report. Whilst the work man was here we realised that relaying the slabs on one side wasn't going to be possible. He explained my options and I said I'd be happy for him to contact Tracey and do whatever they thought would be best.They both made they choice between them and I'm happy with the results.I'd also like to leave a good review for the tradesman that came today. This is the 2nd time he's been at the property completing work. He's exreamly reliable, arrives within the time frame he offers and he completes his work to a high standard, leaving no mess or rubbish behind and always checks I'm 100% happy before he leaves. I'll be happy to work with Tracey and this particular tradesman anytime in the future
