GoogleNock Deighton have recently achieved a successful result in selling my property. The house required a cosmetic makeover which made the property more difficult to sell. The team were very determined to achieve a sale and remained positive and upbeat throughout the process. I would like to thank Annette especially for her negotiating skills and the team as a whole for their attentive and wholehearted service.

I've dealt with Nock Deighton for the last 8 years and they have always been very helpful and quick to deal with any faults. Viv Jones the lady who does the property inspections is the happy face of the staff I deal with gets work dealt with quickly and without fuss. She's very knowledgeable as are all the staff on the background and always great to deal with. Happy staff happy tennants

After logging an issue with my boiler with Victoria she got to work straight away in resolving my issues. The plumber Andy who came out was wonderful. Being a single lady living alone I felt comfortable with him being in my apartment alone, he reassured me through the wholeProcess kept me informed in every change. Was friendly and did everything he could to get it sorted as soon as possible.

GoogleThough I fundamentally disagree with Nock Deighton's policy of sending someone around to inspect the property you are renting every 6 months, since it makes you feel like you are not trusted to live in the property you are paying for, it must be said that our property inspector, Sylvia Hames, is both professional and personable, and that I have no complaints or issues regarding the way she carried out these inspections. If this was solely a rating of her work I would give 5*, but since it is more generally for Nock Deighton I cannot go above 3* since I really dislike the inspection policy, have never had it with any other rental company, and feel that it makes you feel unwelcome in a space which is meant to feel like home.

GoogleH would like to say that iv had a long term tenancy with nock Deighton and in the past when they sent people round to do there 6 month property checks.i was made to feel uncomfortable I may be a tent but as I pay rent its my home. One lady in the past was so rude and was lucky I didn't kick her out. But since Sylvia homes took over the property visits she is respectful and kind and a pleasure to see. And helpful lady. Dont know why but my name is wrong on here

I wanted to leave a review for Nock Deighton and the lovely lady Viv Jones who has looked after the quarterly property /visits/reviews on the house I have rented for the last two years. She has always been very thorough, punctual and polite. Thankfully I have had few house issues but when I did, she was very quick to alert the landlord and thus rectify the problem swiftly.

GoogleI am happy with the services provided by Nock Deighton regarding my rented property. Sylvia Hames conducts property checks every 6 months and is always courteous and polite on these visits. She arranges an appointment to suit and completes the check professionally, asking about any issues or concerns. I feel that these checks are necessary to reassure the landlord that the property is being looked after, plus gives the tenant the opportunity to discuss things face to face.

I contacted this company via email, twice about three weeks ago; regarding a property in Buildwas. My emails, were ignored. One day about 10 days ago, I was contacted by a staff member to arrange a viewing, with a thinly veilled apology. I was told by the staff member that they would contact the vendor and get back to me with a confirmation. Ten days passed and I was contacted by the staff member, who said they had managed to contact the vendor today. I want to know where was the phone call, in the past 10 days, to keep me updated. If you are buying or selling with this company, you need to watch out that they are playing with a straight bat.
