GoogleI have recently sold a house with Nock Deighton’s in Bridgnorth and rent a property through them. I find the staff very professional, honest and friendly when seeking advice. Their communication is just right as well, keeping me up to date with the sale of my house, whilst also keeping me informed of properties coming up for sale. Would highly recommend them and would use again!

GoogleWouldn’t recommend. A member of staff purchased a house six months ago, with a “limited budget”, only to put it up for sale recently and increase the asking price by £17k. Bit shady in my opinion.

At Nock Deighton we have a strict policy on staff members trading in property, as it potentially compromises our position of seeking to act in the best interest of our clients at all times. We are aware of the situation and the member of staff in question is relocating due to personal circumstances. The current asking price is set to attempt to mitigate any losses by seeking to cover costs including Legal fees, Land Tax, Removals, Agents Fees, Mortgage Penalties etc. I would be more than happy to discuss things in person should you seek reassurances. We bought through Matthew in the Ironbridge office and have had a great customer experience with him. This is especially good since we offered just prior to the lockdown. Matthew maintained really good comms between us and the sellers to make things as smooth as possible despite delays due to valuations and legal issues - it's been a great help having Matthew helping out. GoogleThe whole team in the Bridgnorth office helped to get a good sale price and handled everything professionally. Matthew James, in the Sales Progression team, worked very hard to push everything through and keep all parties involved, this process was even harder with the effect of the pandemic, so I'm very grateful for his efforts and all at Nock Deighton.
