From introduction through to completion I felt I had good service. They were prompt in answering questions, and the couple of very minor niggles were promptly dealt with. 5 months from putting on the market to completion can not be bad these days.

Kept us informed through out the process and even provided us with final meter readings just prior to sale as we were 2-3 hours drive away. Would use again.

It was not necessarily the best experience initially, because I had some problems with the plumbing in my flat. However, since meeting Sylvia Hames, they have been very responsive with repairs. She has been instrumental and helpful in making the accommodation comfortable.

GoogleI have used a number of property agents in the Telford, Bridgnorth, Newport area of Shropshire over the past 20 years and have struggled to find one that provides an efficient service - for the past 18 months Ann Skelley at Nock Deighton has been my property manager and she is by far and away the best I have come across. She is experienced, efficient and approachable always willing to consider and discuss how best a particular problem can be solved. She is a major asset to the company.

GoogleI came across Jazz Rawlings when I enquired about a property in Chorley. She was the only estate agent I have encountered who followed up the enquiry, and was pro-active throughout. She arranged viewings at short notice and wasn't pushy or over the top. Communication was simple and effective and I would feel more than happy if she was selling a property for me. An absolutely dreadful experience with Nock Deighton, Ludlow. I and my wife were interested in a property and when we asked questions, we would have to wait a week before a reply. We actually placed and offer and received a rejection.... and that was it. No counter-offer.... nothing!When we asked for a google map image of the plot size, we received no answer. When we asked for an OS map to visualise the plot size, we were told "OS map images would cost us money to request!" They are right.... about £3.00 I finally pleaded with their office manager to communicate so we could move negotiations forward.... nothing! I have all of this on email as well. Dreadful!!!!

GoogleI am very happy with the service I received from this estate agent. The first visit to value my property was very convivial whilst being very professional. We discussed all aspects of deciding on a valuation and I felt my opinion had been heard. We settled on a price higher than advised but they were flexible. The house sold in less than a week and for an enhanced price that helped me buy the property of my dreams! Staff were always polite and informative, I enjoyed doing business with them and would choose them again if there is a next time!

GoogleDanielle Gardner from The Telford office helped me recently resolve an issue with Scottish Power and a bill for a vacant period when SP sent me a bill when all power was switched off in house. She sent mails and spoke to SP on numerous occasions as did I and all seem to go on deaf ears. Finally issue was resolved by speaking to a very understanding agent. Thankyou Danni.
