Put the for sale board where no one can see it and then I asked 5 times for it to be moved and got ignored. Difficult to get through to anyone. Suddenly received contact when I decided to stop using them. Very expensive and not worth it for the level of service you receive. Called me by the wrong name.

GoogleI enquired about a lovely property with this agent but there fees are far to high almost £500 in estate agent fees alone that's before the bond and deposit didn't even view after finding out this and have to rule out any properties from them shame for the prospective landlords as some properties have been on there 6 months plus.

A property was sold to us empty with no upward chain. After 4 months and expensive searches and professional valuations, which were disputed by your valuer the property was put into a upward chain which lost us our buyer. The property was then immediately re-marketed at an higher price.
