We rented form them for 18 months, they never responded to emails about maintenance issues and haven’t proactively chased the landlord with the exit procedure this forcing us to raise a dispute with the deposit protection service. (Only way to put a time line on this) It’s unfortunate that it has to be like this but it’s how it is. So my one start review reflects my experience on this occasion.

I started the process of searching for my first home last week as I went to see Rachel the Mortgage Advisor at Peter Alan Bridgend who told me how much I could borrow. She made the process very easy to understand and was extremely helpful. A week later I’ve had an offer accepted which is amazing. It’s been so quick. Only saw 3 houses and fell in love with the second one I saw. I can’t thank the staff of Peter Alan enough. Both Kiera and Sophie showed me around the houses and both were very knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve all been very helpful and the service has been brilliant. Very quick, efficient and very friendly. If you’re looking for a new home whether you’re a first time buyer or not I highly recommend them. Looking forward to starting the next chapter in my life in my new home:)

This guy are the most unreliable and unprofessional people you can ever deal with. They keep telling me all background is clear getting there to the background is not pass again. This guys made me pay 12 month rents ahead. Getting to the house, it's nonsense. Dirty like refuse dump, locks are not working.
