GoogleWe recently sold our house through Peter Alan and I just want to say thank you for all your help. From the start to finish everything was easy. We had a couple of valuations at the start and from the offset we knew Peter Alan were the best agent for us. They got us over asking price and everything went through smoothly. GoogleHad the loveliest viewing with Peter Alan - agent was a gentleman named Dan. He was thorough and showed me things that I wouldn’t have noticed myself which was helpful. Very friendly and professional manner and COVID safe. Unfortunately I wasn’t successful on this occasion in the rental property I wanted but hopeful they will help me in the future. I have an assistance dog due to a disability and they were understanding of this and the fact he isn’t a pet, he is a medical aid. I didn’t feel discriminated against for this as I have done with other local agents who have occasionally putting a blanket no on pets without listening to the reasoning of me having an animal in the first place, contrary to discrimination laws. GooglePurchased a house through them. Extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. They also pressured us into using their solicitor for conveyance who was a lot more expensive. I would not recommend at all.

GoogleFirst time dealing with Peter Alan whilst selling my house. We were recommended to them by the builder of our new property along with another estate agent. Peter Alan were excellent with Amy Poolman standing out throughout the process. We were unfortunate enough to have two buyers pull out of the house purchase but Amy and others were constantly searching for a new buyer to ensure the process didn't fall down. Amy ensured that any issues from either side were rectified and was always on the end of the phone should you need any help or advise. Selling up and moving house is a stressful process and Amy excelled in terms of service and managed to keep a lid on the pressure that built throughout journey of selling our property. Strongly recommend Peter Alan Bridgend, good people to do business with and would happily use them again.

Googledelighted with peter alan. bought a property through them 18 months ago and subsequently rented it out with them as my letting agents. the initial purchase was great with the team demonstrating a sound knowledge of the area. the letting department, both in cardiff and bridgend, have been really on the ball. excellent communication and pro-active management. i am looking to sell a property soon and these guys will be my first call. have already spoken to jade and kate at the bridgend office and they are totally on the ball! i am more than happy to recommend their services.
