GoogleDear HRT, I am writing this review to say how delighted we were with the sale of our property assisted by HRT, Bridgend. The viewings were undertaken with the upmost respect and professionalism. Past experiences of selling a property have been much more stressful with us always having to chase solicitors etc. The sales management team were so efficient in ensuring this was undertaken and the communication was of a very high standard. The staff were always super friendly and responded immediately to any concerns raised. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Lisa and mark

GoogleFrom the word go, HRT have all been amazing - professional, kind, empathetic and just simply on the ball. My house sale was not the easiest with the chain breaking down twice before actually completing, and HRT did their utmost to make it happen and I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank them for putting up with my tears and tantrums! Diolch o'r galon (Thank you from the heart)

GoogleI have renovated a number of properties in the Bridgend area and consequently dealt with HRT on numerous occasions. They are consistently professional and a pleasure to deal with. They are realistic in their pricing and have provided me with valuable advice in both selling and buying, for which I have been very grateful. Without exception, a great firm to deal with, friendly and professional staff who take responsibility, respond promptly to queries and go out of their way to help, this is an easy recommendation to make.

Went through the referencing for a flat through the Cowbridge office, being hounded every day to complete the forms as and when they wanted. I was told throughout the process that there were no issues and assured that the matter was in hand.

GoogleI was acting on behalf of my parents, who were moving from another part of the country. HRT provided an absolutely first class service throughout, they were professional, friendly & responded quickly to any query. I must single out Rebecca in particular, who went above & beyond to make the process as straightforward as possible. We were always kept updated & knew we could ask anything, no matter how insignificant it may have seemed. I would certainly use them again in the future.

GoogleFast, efficient and professional service from the team at Herbert R Thomas. Rebecca did an outstanding job of keeping a handle on every aspect of the sale from initial instruction and client queries through to completion of sale. This included personally hand delivering signed completion papers to our solicitor at the eleventh hour. What a star! Impressed at the speed of getting the house on the market with Gavin, the first viewing by David and subsequent offer all wrapped up inside a week. Valuable advice and guidance received throughout the process from the whole team. Exchange and Completion followed at a time agreeable to the chain with much input from Rebecca to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you team.

Rebecca always kept us in the loop with regular feedback. She went above and beyond in making the last few weeks of the sale of our house and purchase of our new home easy. I would highly recommend HRT Bridgend branch to anyone wishing to sell or buy. Thank you!

GoogleExcellent Estate Agent would highly recommended sold my property for much more than another local estate agent valued the property for, Which goes to show anyone can sell a well presented House cheap but it takes a special Estate Agent like HRT to sell your property for what it is really worth glad I listen to them, Gavin gave excellent advice all the way through the process, Great communication throughout the whole process, For me there is only one Estate Agent who I will use and that is HRT
