GooglePurchased a property via HRT Bridgend and had a fantastic experience. Very professional office but with humour and friendliness. Bec was amazing and went above and beyond to help us out when this went pear shaped (our buyer's fault). Glad to finally be in the new place, not looking forward to the unpacking!

GoogleI cannot praise HRT enough, particularly Becs, Hilary, Ann and Dave. Their help through my sale and purchase has been second to none. They ironed out all my problems immediately. They were always on hand to answer any queries. They organised the whole vending process speedily and professionally. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use again.

GoogleI used Herbert R Thomas recently in the sale of my Mother's home in the Bridgend area. I cannot speak highly enough of the service this company offered throughout the process. In addition the team (especially David Waterman & Rebecca Davies) are professional and friendly and always responded to phone calls and emails efficiently and timely . GoogleWe're still in shock at the speed in which our house sold after first viewing! Very supportive and friendly from beginning to end. Very patient with us too. Rebecca kept us up to date throughout the entire process and now we're up in Lancashire and very happy. Big thanks to all the team especially Gavin and Ann who helped keep me calm. GoogleThe policy of this company across its branches seems to be not to mark properties as STC in-spite of the fact that the property has been sold STC. Numerous properties show as available on their website and other property search sites weeks after offers have been accepted. If it's sold subject to contract say so - it's frustrating enough trying to buy in this current housing market.

GoogleThe HRT team Gavin, David and Rebecca made what could be a stressful time moving but with their support and guidance every step of the way it was made much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, if I phoned and no one was available they would return my call within the hour! Quick process from selling and purchasing. I would highly recommend HRT.

GoogleReally disappointed by their approach to buyers. We were placed in a bidding war position, and eventually asked what our % deposit was. Why this should have ANY impact on who the best potential buyer is highly unfair. As it was, we found another house and moved in months before the successful buyer of this first property. I have also heard negative feedback from others on their form.
