TrustpilotBarbara at Jenkins Professional/Kind and easy to deal with.
Barbara at Jenkins has been so kind, compassionate and easy to deal with. In a horrible pandemic and when struggling to find a home for my children. Honestly recommend Barbara at Jenkins if I ever sold again. Xx

TrustpilotGreat liaison, good advice
We were selling our property and had a particularly difficult transfer. Although it wasn't to Jenkins' benefit at all, they gave us great advice and managed everything perfectly. Since Nikki and Bradley took over we've been really pleased with how promptly they have handled any issues and they've been really easy to liaise with.

TrustpilotThis estate agent have provided a first…
This estate agent have provided a first class service - what a fantastic team! They have actually sold my property 4 times for the asking price ( we lost 2 buyers because we couldn’t find anything, one buyer went cold and pulled out, so 4th time lucky). They are professional , friendly, engaging and always respond to calls or emails . We have also been kept up to date with regards to our sales progression . Well done Jenkins 👍

Great company, true key professional from the first enquiry call to even after sale was completed. Christian was brilliant, always kept me up to date on progress, created a very professional listing and went over and above to help coordinate things.

GoogleAVOID using this company. They rented me a flat that had no hotel water which it then took them 4 months to fix. I had to withhold the rent in the end to force the landlord to fix the problem and when I did the letting agents called me up …

TrustpilotJenkins were terrific
Jenkins were terrific, even as the buyer they made us feel like the client. We had complete trust in everything they said and made sure we were kept up to date with the progress of our purchase all the way through. We only managed to buy the property due to their proactiveness, after originally missing out on the viewing dates. We would like to thank them for making our move happen. This was the first time we experienced Jenkins but certainly won’t be the last.

TrustpilotBest we’ve used!
Paul was incredibly honest and helpful, gaining our trust from the first viewing. Within the day we had our offer accepted, and all the necessary paperwork underway. Would 100% use Jenkins again when we’re looking to sell.

TrustpilotThe best estate agents out there
We wouldn’t have found our perfect home without Barbara. There’s no doubt about it. This is the 2nd property we have purchased in two years so as you can imagine, we have dealt with countless big name estate agents in Brentwood and have by far had the best experience with jenkins. With the help of Georgie our purchase process was plain sailing and took only 8 weeks to complete even during lockdown. If we were to sell in the future, Jenkins Property would be my first choice. Highly recommend. Personable, professional, genuine, friendly and most importantly trustworthy. We can’t thank you enough Jenkins Property! Wishing you every success in the future.

TrustpilotHighly Recommended
As a family we were very impressed with the service Jenkins Property provided in the sale of our property. From our first contact we were impressed with the level of personal attention given at every step of the process. Advice regarding preparing the property for sale was very good and in this particularly difficult Covid 19 year it was reassuring to have each viewing immediately reported back to us. We were not left wondering as to the outcome and we felt viewings were carried out very safely. Advice and negotiations regarding the sale price were carried out very smoothly. We were provided with information as requested and the team followed through the steps in the sale very smoothly advising us as they progressed. Our experience of Jenkins Property was one of personal attention, professionalism and we would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotA Hidden Gem 💎 in Brentwood
A Hidden Gem 💎 in Brentwood I would wholeheartedly recommend this very professional company. From beginning to exchange I have been very happy. My initial instinct was - I would prefer to sell my property through a smaller independent agency rather than a large chain. My thoughts were that the whole experience would feel more bespoke. I was spot on. Thank Jenkins Property and Georgie your a ⭐️ You cannot beat a personal service and they delivered that.

TrustpilotJenkins Property are in my opinion and…
Jenkins Property are in my opinion and thoroughly professional organisation. They provide excellent communication at all stages relative to a purchase and sale from the initial viewing, monitoring of the conveyancing solicitors performance during the conveyancing process, communication with lenders, local authorities through to exchange and ultimate completion. All members of the team that include Paul Jenkins, Barbara Linnell and Christian Preedy are very honest, knowledgeable, kind and very caring.I do not believe a finer Estate Agent organisation exists. I have dealt with them for over 14 months and have never experienced any negativity whatsoever. They go far and beyond expectations to say the very least.Sincerely Gary K Kyriacou
