GoogleWe just bought our first place with Jenkins and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the west Essex area. We had a few hiccups with our mortgage and surveyors along the way, but Paul's support and experience really helped us keep things moving. He was contactable whenever it suited us - making himself available over the phone and email at all hours. Exactly the type of support we needed as first time buyers. Thanks Paul!

This is my second time using Jenkins and their service is fantastic. Buying and selling can be extremely stressful at times but Jenkins make sure that they do everything they possibly can to "less the stress" They are extremely helpful, offer great guidance at daunting times and their efficiency is like no other estate agents out there. I would highly recommend Jenkins to anyone and cannot thank Barbara, Christian and the team for all of their support.

I would recommend anyone that's looking at renting a property to completely avoid Jenkins at all costs. We rented a property which was completely botched from start to finish. The company employees lack knowledge of what is required to legally rent a property - we asked for a gas safety certificate for a log fire and were told they didn't realise we needed one, luckily we requested one because it came back not fit for use (but was used as a selling point.) We had constant issues with the house, from an internal door used as the front door to mould in the bathroom. We finally had to get the council involved when I fell pregnant, due to the state of the house potentially causing harm to myself and baby, otherwise repairs would've just been left.

TrustpilotAmazing Service
We purchased a house through Jenkins and the service they provided was amazing. Though the purchase took longer than expected (no fault of Jenkins), Barbara was fantastic and so helpful whenever we needed anything to be chased. Would 100% use them again and Barbara couldn’t have been more helpful.
