Conor was honestly amazing throughout our whole flat search. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find a place that’s absolutely perfect for us. From the very beginning, Conor was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He really listened to what we needed and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he actually cares about the tenants he works with, which made a huge difference for us. I would like to thank Barbara for her exceptional service for the property we bought as FTB last year.In past, during our house hunting I dealt with other estate agents and the service rendered by Barbara had a personal touch and she went extra mile to make our journey seamless from start to completion. Exceptional service

Jenkins were recommended by a family member. Initially I was hesitant as they are not 'an established local name'. How wrong I was! The service they provided surpassed other more well known companies I've used previously and Barbara was a joy to deal with. Professional, dedicated and a personalised service - which kept me up to date throughout. The icing on the cake was a sale within two weeks of appointing Jenkins! I'm a convert!

Can't recommend them enough!

Every single person that we have spoken to, or dealt with at Jenkins Property has been first class. We put our house on the market in February, after exploring some alternative estate agents in the area, we knew when we met Paul that we wouldn't be looking any further. Our house sold in 3 weeks, and whilst the process within the chain has been bumpy at times, Jenkins have gone over an above and never let us down. Special mention to Barbara for her kind and attentive viewings she carried out at our property, always with a smile on her face. To Connor who put together some awesome social media content to help get our house sold. To the lovely Kim. To Georgie, who has been persistent in her pursuit of sealing the deal, I can't really thank her enough. She has effectively held my hand every step of the way, and at no point did we feel like another transaction. And to Paul, who stepped in when we needed him to and always took the time to explain many things along the way. I never once called and received an answer machine, always someone there to answer and help. I couldn't recommend them more.

Sadly my solicitors were useless but the constant support and chasing undertaken daily by them both really helped push the purchase through. We sold our property through Jenkins and had a fantastic service from start to finish. Chris took the property on the market and within 2 weeks we had 2 offers from buyers in a place to move forward straight away. It was a hard transaction with no fault of Jenkins and they went above and beyond for us. Georgie worked tirelessly to get the sale through and kept the chain together to finally get the move to happen. We were always informed of any update and they quickly dealt with any issues that happened within the chain. I had a great experience finding my new home, and that’s largely thanks to Conor Coll. The process wasn’t without its challenges, there were a couple of issues with the property when I first moved in, but Conor went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and efficiently. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I’ve just let out a property via Conor at Jenkins Property, after a recommendation from a friend. From start to finish, I have been blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. Unlike a lot of other agents, Conor prioritised service over sales - worked in consultative way, always presenting me with the information and guidance, explaining the benefits and risks, then stepping back and giving me the time to make my own decisions .
