Ion thanks for your review, and allowing me the chance to respond. In respects of the inventory, we were not asked by the landlord to carry out one - this is the landlords decision. I was not avoiding you, I was on annual leave and advised that you would need to speak to the landlord as he has opted for a tenant find service only. The checks were done on the property in accordance with the law. A valid and in date Gas Safety/EICR and an EPC was provided. Also confirming that the smoke detectors and heat alarms along with a carbon monoxide detector are all safe and working. The property was taken as seen, so by moving a bathtub completely from the bathroom - there’s a high probability that the floor will need some remedial works carrying out.
