TrustpilotJenkins Property are in my opinion and…
Jenkins Property are in my opinion and thoroughly professional organisation. They provide excellent communication at all stages relative to a purchase and sale from the initial viewing, monitoring of the conveyancing solicitors performance during the conveyancing process, communication with lenders, local authorities through to exchange and ultimate completion. All members of the team that include Paul Jenkins, Barbara Linnell and Christian Preedy are very honest, knowledgeable, kind and very caring.I do not believe a finer Estate Agent organisation exists. I have dealt with them for over 14 months and have never experienced any negativity whatsoever. They go far and beyond expectations to say the very least.Sincerely Gary K Kyriacou

GoogleAppalling.. we made an offer for a house and we had no communication back. We had then seen the property we made the offer for sold the next day. We tried to call and email but had no response as to why we were not notified. If our offer had been too low, to give us the opportunity to counter!! I would not recommend this company!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFantastic agent. The way they market a property is very different to the big companies. They are proactive not just on the sales side but all the way through the process

Hi David, I can't find you on my system so please let me know the property or circumstance you were involved in that lead you to feel that way. As you can see from previous reviews this is not the norm for us and i'd like to see what went wrong see what needs to be changed. You refer to "guests" as if it was a short term. We only deal with long term rental and sales so if it is a rental we manage, but is sub let short term id like to know which one. I would also expect professionalism regardless of the circumstances so i need to understand more to deal with the client appropriately. Regards Paul Jenkins

TrustpilotJenkins provided a Great service. Highly recommend.
Jenkins sold my property during the lockdown, i was worried it would take a while to sell however the virtual walk around that Jenkins offered with their cameras were great. I was dealing with Barbara who was very helpful and always picked up the phone when I called. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.
