TrustpilotFive stars service
This is the best estate agent I have ever come across. Molly, Michaela and Tanya are the best assets of this estate agent. They are ready to go an extra mile all the time. Their patients with the clients have no limits. They made contact with all solicitors and estate agents of the chain and informed me the progress daily. It helped me to keep calm and patient. It was very stressful and took six months to come to exchange the contract. Without their fantastic professional help it could have fell through.I am really thankful to them and looking forward to completion in five days time.

Exceeded expectations throughout the process of selling my flat. The photos taken were very professional and showed my property in its best light. Response times to any emails or whatsapp messages were swift which I can only imagine would be the same for clients looking to view the property. The ball was not dropped once my property had received an offer as they continued to liase with both solicitors to ensure the the sale went through as speedily as possible. Thoroughly recommend.

We would like to thank HS Estates for everything they did for us during the recent sale of our property. It was not a quick or easy process for them for a variety of reasons, none of which were down to them. They have worked extremely hard throughout. They have been professional, but friendly and approachable too. They kept us constantly updated and replied promptly to any enquiry or call that we made. We cannot fault them and it may be an overused expression but ‘they really went the extra mile’ for us.HS were recommended to us and we shall certainly be recommending them to others. Thank you all so much.

TrustpilotGreat service. Would use them again
We used HS Estate Agents to sell our property. We went with them as we were impressed with the service they offered and the full answers given to all our questions. Throughout the marketing and viewing stages, they kept us informed with regular feedback, provided good advice and achieved a good price for the property. They remained on top of everything while the sale went through and ensured that we completed in a timeframe that suited everyone. Everyone we spoke to were helpful and professional, and it was good that we had a primary point of contact throughout.I would recommend HS Estate Agents and would use them again myself.

It was a pleasure to work with Michaela and Molly during our recent home purchase. I cannot fault either of them; their service was outstanding. Throughout the process, we were so impressed with the professional and friendly service we received. Both girls were extremely efficient, helpful, and friendly. We never had to wait long for any questions we had. Direct communication with both girls was exceptional. Our sincere thanks goes out to both of you for your hard work and especially for getting this exchanged and completed within the timeline that we had hoped for. We would definitely recommend this company and these girls in the future. Thank you again.

GoogleHS are head and shoulders above every other estate agent in the Brentwood/Shenfield/Upminster area. We tried many different agents whilst selling/buying and the service we received from the outstanding Michaela resets every poor review that you’ll ever read of an estate agent. Michaela cares deeply about her clients and goes far beyond the call of duty to help them find/sell a property and she has a lovely friendly demeanour making it very easy to work with her. In our case, Michaela showed us around our dream new build development 2 years before she managed to get us in and she religiously kept us in the loop about any changes until one day she contacted us to let us know that one of the properties had come back on the market and then she helped us negotiate the price and go back and forth until we bagged it. After the sale she then returned to the property to show us how everything worked and to make sure we were happy. She is a credit to HS and if we had any plans to move (which we won’t as we found our dream house) Michaela would be the first person we would call...PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFrom the moment I met Fran and her team I felt confident they would be the right agents for me and I haven’t been wrong. It’s been a pleasure working with them and they have each been proactive and very approachable. The personal viewings were always undertaken with warmth and the highest degree of professionalism. There efforts have never waned from the start. They have been the best agents I have ever sold through.
