FacebookIt makes a huge difference having a good estate agent and Michaela is the best one we have ever dealt with. She has been supportive throughout, good at keeping our chain informed and proactively found the solution to an issue that threatened to cause a major problem. We would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her.

I would give 6 stars* if I could. The most amazing service from an estate agent that I have ever had. This was a probate property sale and all of the team that worked on this deserves a medal! It wasn't the easiest of processes but all of the team were dedicated, remained professional and were sensitive to the fact that this was my Mum & Dads final home that I was sellingI never thought I would say, that this agents deserves every single penny of the commission they received for this sale, they worked unbelievably hard. I never had to chase for an update- unheard of!I wouldn;t go anywhere else now, they will have all my future salesWell done to the team!

Where to start? First of all, I thought we would never leave a positive review for an estate agent. We have not had the best of service from some! And then we met Michaela Perry at HS who was recommended by a very satisfied friend.From the start, she was professional, gave great advice, listened to my brief and responded promptly with creating the listing. She hosted viewings and when she introduced the right buyer and received an offer, she negotiated carefully and effectively and secured us a great price, especially in the current market.What happened next is where she really added value. She kept us informed at every step of the process calling me at any time including evenings to make sure we knew exactly what was happening and when. She was completely on top of every detail concerning the buyer and indeed the whole chain and she gave valuable advice where we needed to move things along quickly.It is this kind of dedication and commitment to her job that enabled an exchange in just 37 days! We are blown away by her positive, can do attitude, her command of detail, her professional knowledge, her focus on delivery and her very engaging personality.A word about Simone too, who stood in support at all times and seems to be a clone of Michaela! The whole team at HS are incredibly strong and I highly recommend them to help you with one of the most important decisions you will make!

GoogleAwful service, spoke to the “partner” of the business in regards to letting out my property and began asking questions not related to my property and was condescending and rude during the phone call
I received your call asking about letting a property and when I began to register your details, I requested your home address it appeared to be an issue to you, you asked me why I would need this information. I explained that as a property registration. I asked if you were the owner of the property to which you replied I think so! I felt very uneasy with your answers and your whole attitude during the discussion. As one of the business owners I chose the clients we wish to work with and our tenants to create a harmonious letting business. I am sorry if you felt I was rude or condescending, that was not meant at all. For security and money laundering questions, is the reason behind asking some of the questions you did not wish to answer and you did not wish to listen to why we needed this information.

GoogleAll good, nothing bad. Thank you in particular, to both Michaela for her initial dealings with the marketing of my property and then Simone during the actual sale process. This wasn’t an easy transaction due to various issues frustratingly, caused by my flat’s Management Company. However, the efficiency, professionalism and user friendly communication from the HS staff, made the whole sale procedure, a far less stressful experience.
