Simone was very helpful and attentive…

Simone was very helpful and attentive regarding our purchase, she always answered emails quickly and kept us in the loop, couldn’t ask for better help. However, the agent that showed us around the property didn’t seem to know what he was showing us, I asked to view the garden in the property and he wasn’t even aware that there was a garden. I would recommend Simone from HS but would also suggest to the company that to ensure whoever tours viewers around the property has done their research.

Incredibly lovely estate agents whom helped us throughout the process of buying our first property! Great communication throughout the purchase and they went above and beyond to help us as much as they could with the move. HS Estates provided a first class service regarding the recent sale of our property. The marketing of the property in the first place was very efficient. The liaison with our buyers and their represensitives was excellent and updates regarding our own soicitors was great too. They were extemely proactive, I wish they had been acting for the sellers too. Simone is always on the button regarding the process/progression. Highly recommended.

I recently rented a new home through HS Estate Agents and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and straightforward, far easier than I'd expected renting to be. The team were fast to respond at every stage, which made such a difference and really put my mind at ease throughout. The referencing and checks were all handled through Goodlord, which is a brilliant platform, easy to navigate and simple to complete at your own pace. A very special thank you to Georgina, who was absolutely fantastic. She was with me every step of the way, always on hand to answer questions and guide me through the process. The thoughtful surprise when I picked up my keys was a nice touch! I would wholeheartedly recommend HS Estate Agents to anyone looking to rent. Thank you so much!

We have used HS Estates previously and like the friendly, personal touch from this family run business. Our house sold incredibly quickly. We were regularly updated throughout the whole process and Simone in particular was in regular contact with the solicitors to progress the sale. A special mention to Corran who was very personable and a pleasure to deal with.

HS estates were hugely helpful in selling our property. After a number of failed attempts over three years across 2 agencies we decided to give HS a go and it was the best decision. Immediately we felt prioritised, communication was excellent and their sheer perseverance led to securing us a buyer. Can’t thank Simone and team enough for driving it to close in the final stages, keeping up communication between the buyer and solicitors. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We would recommend HS above any other agent! We bought our property with HS and found them to be super efficient. We were kept up to date throughout, and all emails were responded to quickly. We found the staff to be really helpful and friendly. Knowing what we know now, we would have picked them to sell our property too! Thank you, Simone and Ritchie!

Many thanks To HS Estate Agents for assisting in the sale of my Mums house. They were efficient from the start, very prompt to arrange a valuation, great communication. They attended all viewings and were very kind and courteous to my Mum. Once under offer they were always available to answer any queries, they chased for progress and never too busy to take my calls. Many thanks to the team especially to Simone and Michael for their efforts to get to the point of exchange. It’s very much appreciated.

This is the second time I’ve used HS Estates and both times it was a pleasure. Ritchie, Corran and Simone were communicative, helpful and hard working. It wasn’t the easiest property to sell, but their diligence and tenacity really helped to see it through. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

The HS team were tireless in their attempt to sell my property. Friendly service paired with determination meant even after several other agencies trying to sell my property over a course of a few years, this team were the ones to get it done! Nothing was too much to ask and I am really grateful to them for their hard work. Thanks Simone and team.
