I had the good fortune of dealing with Corran an estate agent of HS. Corran comes across as an honest, knowledgeable and professional agent. Corran kept me informed and always communicated my concerns to the seller. We had a few problems along the way but the HS agency help in any way they could. Answers were forthcomin a 95% of the time in a reasonable time. After having finalised the purchase of the flat, I recommend this company to everyone. Grateful Ricardo

Thank you to HS Estate Agent for a great experience in selling our property. Michaela and Molly have been absolutely fantastic all they way through my sale which took a lot longer than expected. They adopted best practices throughout the COVID Pandemic which for us a family was very important. This is the first time we've moved in 25 years and therefore a totally new experience. We booked a total of 6 x Estate Agents to value our property and out of those 6, we could only pick two (2) that we felt worth while allowing to sell our home, for various reasons, out of those HS Estate Agents stood out. We could not have picked a better Estate Agent to go with than HS Estate Agents, you had been recommended to us by a friend and when Michaela arrived we immediately hit it off, she was friendly, articulate, professional and most of all, she knew her business, the reason we say this is, EVERYTHING she said during the valuation came to fruition, from the valuation of our property, the number of customers she said she had that were interested in our type of property, through to how they carried out the viewings and finally, the most important part, the sale & sales process, She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. After we had accepted the offer on our home, we were introduced to Molly and once again we could not have asked for a more professional person, she helped us through every part of the sales process, she was in constant contact with us, even to the point that she set up a WhatsApp group between Michaela, Molly & ourselves, so we ALL knew what was going on at any given point, barely a day would go by without us getting a call or text keeping us updated with matters, once again FANTASTIC. I found HS Estate Agents a pleasure to deal with, they were and still are friendly, helpful, personal, professional and worth every penny. My parents are at the age where dealing with tenants and the maintenance of their spare property is getting too much, so last year myself and my brother took over the property by fully refurbishing it to attract the right tenant. When it came to finding a new tenant we decided to call around a few agents in the Brentwood area. Even after just talking to Fran from HS on the phone I had pretty much made up my mind that this was who we were going to use, and after our meeting it was confirmed. Fran took on all the viewing and filtered the surprising number of people that wanted the property. I was amazed that we ended up in a position where we had to choose who we wanted to have the house amongst the 5 families that made the short list and all wanted to move in immediately!! We all agreed on the same family and have since been back for 2 inspections, and I can say we certainly picked the best, as they house is immaculate. We can't thank Fran and her team enough, they made things so easy and the communication was excellent. we will certainly be using HS Estate Agents again.

I was trying to schedule a viewing at the last minute for a house I really like in the Brentwood area. Our HS Estate Agent Molly went out of her way to show us around the property despite the short notice. In addition to being given instructions on what to do, we were also given recommendations for the conveyance lawyers that were needed for the transaction of the house. HS Estate Agent and their team have been very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Moreover, they kept us informed of all the details and actions that were to be taken. I really appreciate them for making the transaction go smoothly. It was not at all stressful which is uncommon for people going through the first time of their purchase; HS Estate Agents is certainly very competent at what they do. Thanks so much.

Hubby and I have been buying and selling houses for years, we can actually say this is the first time we have been able to complete in record time I.e. less than 10 weeks including the month of December when things quiet down. Michaela and Molly were extremely professional and handled our affairs as if they were selling their property. They kept us in the loop, such that we did not have to chase them up at all. We definitely recommend them and are really happy we chose them over the "more established estate agents". A small paragraph could not do enough justice for how incredible HS Estates have been with our case but I’ll give it a go. As first time home buyers, my partner and I were extremely new and pretty clueless to the whole process, nevertheless Molly and Michaela were always on hand to offer their support and guidance. I honestly can't rate HS Lettings highly enough. I first met Fran Brabham-Neil just after my father died and I was considering letting the house that was to be left to me. I saw many agents at that time, but Fran was the only one I felt inclined to work with at what was a very difficult time. Fran is entirely professional in her offering whilst being truly genuine, trustworthy, and there to offer a very personal service - not just get business in the bag. It took three years for me to finally clear and empty my father's home. Even whilst it was still not ready to let, Fran was there to offer advice and guidance and get me across the finish line.
