To say that HS went beyond the call of duty is an understatement. It is rare nowadays to find small companies that have such strong and professional attention to detail. I had never realised that the actual selection of a property is a small part of the process. The really tricky parts are once you decide which house you want!! Michaela was literally fantastic and ran most of the process for the entire chain to ensure that we had a reasonable completion date. I can't imagine how long the process would have taken without her maintaining a daily focus on the entire chain and what needed to happen. Thank you HS, fantastic service and very competitive fee.

I've never posted a Google review before, but HS Estates is worth it. They are understated experts at what they do. They are responsive, knowledgeable and personable. From the first valuation to completion they drive the process between all parties - seller/buyer/solicitors/surveyors, and project manage the sale until key handover. My experience with HS Estates has far exceeded any previous engagement with estate agents (thankfully), and I could not recommend them more highly.

I highly recommend HS Estate agents, and I will tell you why. My husband and I were introduced to HS last year 2016, through a close friend who has continued to place their business through them. It is now almost a year later from when I initially spoke to them in which all the team have continued to provide nothing other than outstanding service. We were selling our house and was also looking to buy within the same area. My “Wish list” was very demanding and I personally wouldn’t move on this. Working with Lee at their office on the sale and purchase of my house was a breeze, within days of HS attending our current home at the time to providing a very honest, but good price for our property we were on the market and had had viewings booked in within days. Unfortunately, over the following months, we had two properties that we were going to buy pull out on us and in doing this we also lost our buyer, However, Lee was always there to reassure us and in fact impressed my husband and I in how quickly they found us another buyer who was ready to go. HS Estate’s, knowledge of the market is not to be sniffed at and from this they were also able to agree for us to have a private viewing at a property that ticked all the boxes that was not on the market through their direct contacts. Lee and the team at HS worked extremely hard in negotiating on this property for us, along with maintaining the interest from our new buyers. Lee was in regular contact with us both through this at times very hard process, even his days off, his care to us never stopped. Along side the sale and purchase of properties, we had spoken with Andy about our mortgage. I have my own business and always felt it would be difficult to loan such amounts. Andy quickly put my mind at rest, he always discussed clearly and openly about what the next stages were, what we need to provide him and general knowledge. With Andy and his family owning the estate agents, the collaboration between them was of complete ease. Andy, has great contacts within the business not only giving great advice and providing you with his knowledge and in addition to this getting a great deal for our mortgage. Andy has also support my husband and I through months of heartache, losing several houses and a previous buyer. He has become our friend throughout this process and I will never hesitate to contact Andy and HS estate agents should we wish to move again. If you are looking for an honest team of people who really do care about your sale or purchase, your feelings and actually do what is in your best interest then I would not look any further. A big thank you to Fran on finding me suitable tenants for my property in just over a week! From the very first meeting with Fran I knew that I did not want to use anyone else to market and manage my property. She put me at ease right away and I was very impressed with her professionalism but also her personable approach. You can tell Fran is highly experienced in this field with a great deal of knowledge which has made it so much easier for us. Fran made sure every aspect of the rental agreement was looked over and was so very helpful from start to finish. My experience was very positive with HS estate agents. From booking the viewing to getting the key everything went very smoothly. What was most appreciated was the personalized approach they took in recommending an appropriate flat based on my requirements. The agents (in particular Kirsty and Fran) have been really supportive and have gone to extreme lengths to support me (the landlord). They have highlighted an issue within the property and then managed to get this resolved liaising with the gas company and then a contractor to put in the pipe work.The communication they provide to both tenant and landlord has been prompt, with the works being speedily managed.Overall, I have been very impressed with the agents staff and would recommend them.
