GoogleRitchie was a well-organised and prepared estate agent. Much better than many we have done viewings with elsewhere. However i did notice that the agency seems to photoshop trees into their garden images which is misleading.

FacebookIf it wasn't for these guys, in particular Michaela, Molly and Andy, the process of moving house would've been more stressful and unbearable! They provided an amazing service with a personal touch from the moment we viewed the property. Thank you!

GoogleHS Estates took over managing my rental property earlier this year, and have to say it was the best decision I could have made. Unfortunately through external factors the flat isn't always the easiest to manage and issues do occur, but the team have been fantastic. Using previous agents I have often found communication slow and frustrating but this is not the case here. Always feel listened to and that they genuinely want to help. Was also lovely, when recently meeting my tenant for the first time, that they commented it was the best agent they have worked with too. Couldn't be happier and honestly can't recommend them enough, thanks so much for taking the stress away!

Fantastic estate agents, in particular, Corran, Ritchie and Simone! They worked so quickly and tirelessly to get our house sold and enable us to buy our project family home. Communication was 100% and nothing was too much for them, Simone, especially was amazing at the communication side of the process. Would highly recommend this firm!

TrustpilotHighly recommend! Efficient but welcoming estate agent
From the moment we first met with HS Estate agents they provided a warm and friendly service. Michaela who sold our home and arranged our purchase has excellent knowledge of the area and the house market. She got a great price for our home and handled negotiations on both sides fairly. She kept us updated and understood the unavoidable stress of buying and selling a house, and supported us, making the process as calm as it could be. Both Molly and Tanya in the office kept us updated and were available when we needed to call. Molly took the role of chasing and coordinating parties and she was always up to speed and on top of everything. We really enjoyed having a group WhatsApp with HS as it meant we received regular, quick updates and we always had a point of contact, even when we were abroad. The team replied swiftly and used the group to keep us in the loop at each stage. We also used Andy from Lawton Financial for our mortgage. He secured us a great deal and Kerry handled all the paperwork with diligence and speed, meaning we were ahead of our buyers despite starting the process after. I couldn’t recommend HS estate agents enough. They have all the expertise of the bigger firms with a family feel.
Amy it has been an absolute pleasure, thank you for such a lovely review. We wish you so much happiness in your new home. All the best, Molly
