Used Cinch since they took over the Leighton Buzzard storage, it has been great being able to change units as our needs have changed. Always clean and fresh, with helpful staff. Many thanks to Jason for helping us close our account today with ease. Would recommend Cinch storage.

Chippenham branch. Andrew was super helpful and knew me by name when a came in. The unit is absolutely spotless. Service is brilliant from all staff I met.Would highly recommend if you want a well managed and pristine place to store your things. This comes up under my son's name for some reason, but review done by Sue Carter

TrustpilotDangerous and utterly terrible…
Dangerous and utterly terrible experience. Every year they send threats about sending insurance documentation, that they already have, and if I don't they will add insurance charges to my bill. NEVER again Cinch, your arrogance and threating emails are the last as I am going to change storage companies. Furthermore the units are flimsy and would be easily broken into. The worst thing is that electrical wires are hanging dangerously from the ceiling giving further indication of their distain for their customer's safety.Jessica, I have already expressed my concerns with the branch who stated it has been raised to the highest level. The very fact that it has not been resolved is precisely why I have posted a review to warn others of the dangers of Cinch. With the greatest respect, a marketing admin person like you is not going to doing any about it are you.

TrustpilotExcellent facility with super staff
The Cinch unit at Leighton Buzzard was excellent. There was a very good range of sizes of storage, the whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff were always helpful and efficient. I was particularly impressed with the young woman (Jenny) who was on duty this weekend, as we were emptying our store. She was not only very efficient but extremely personable, and put a final gloss on a very good experience.

GoogleGreat customer service, again, from very professional, kind and helpful staff. I’d arrived to remove my items from storage but couldn’t remember my padlock code. Without any fuss they just got the bolt cutters out and sorted the situation. Would highly recommend Cinch to anyone looking for an enjoyable storage experience - who knew there was such a thing. Even got a cuppa!! So thanks again.

Huge thank you to Jason who has gone out of his way to ensure I got the right unit for a very stressful house move.Jason has gone over and above to reassure me and find the best unit, taking time out of his day to walk me through the different options.Jason is very professional would definitely recommend Cinch purely based on the customer service he has provided. An asset to the company.

This was my first time using a self storage facility, Jake and his team were amazing. They helped to ensure I chose the correct sized storage unit by showing me around to help visualise. They explained the entire process (I had a lot of questions) and on our removal day were on had in case we had any further questions. Absolutely brilliant experience , nothing is too much trouble xx

TrustpilotI’ve been using Cinch storage at…Brentwood
I’ve been using Cinch storage at Brentwood for a few weeks now. It’s been fantastic. All the staff are super helpful and really friendly. The storage facility looks brand new (no idea how old it is- guessing not very). There are lights inside the rooms which makes it super easy to see. Cinch Brentwood is the best storage facility I’ve used (had a few).
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
