Excellent service. It was our first time using a storage facility and Stuart was brilliant! From the initial enquiry to helping us on the day - he made the whole process so easy…Very clean facilities and so easy to load and unload our stuff. Great initial discounted price too! Absolutely amazing

You know when you don’t need the hard sale - Sally was absolutely amazing listened to what we needed and found storage to suit and at a bargain price too. Was great knowing that the site was so secure and Sally / team there to assist if you needed a hand with anything. By far the best storage I have found over years of using other solutions.

Cannot speak more highly of the service

We live in central Southend, not only is Chinch super handy as close to home, its such a friendly and professional set up. Really really impressed. We took our unit out in March for six months. Every time I pull up I am so glad I chose this one, and not one on the Arterial Road. Really happy with the service. Placed a freezer in there today, and water must have shifted. The manager called to let us know, and was both professional and understanding. Cannot speak highly enough of the service.

Great storage facility

We hired a 95sq ft unit for a month from Andrew at Chippenham to help us with the transition of moving house and it was great. Access was straightforward and easy and the costs were very reasonable too. All in all, great value for money and an excellent storage facility, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service, location and very dedicated staff

We had a great experience with Cinch storage. We wanted something easily accessible from our central Southend location and since first contact the service has been fantastic. When we called last minute on a Saturday with a van full of goods (we were running very late..) Mark kindly said he would process the paperwork quickly and he stayed overtime to let us unload. We would have been stuck with a van load in our home until the next weekend without this personal attention. Top marks all round from a happy new customer!

The staff at Cinch Storage Leighton Buzzard are very professional and personable. They assisted and advised me in the size and type of storage I needed, explained everything I needed to know and whenever I needed something like 24 hour access they squared this away with no issue. The storage itself is very secure with three security points you need to access to allow you in. I’d highly recommend them.

Cinch Letchworth

We decided on the day we was moving to get storage. Lauren was very friendly and helpful with getting this sorted for us. We managed to empty the storage before the date we had paid up to and Becky, again very friendly and helpful, informed us we would get a refund which we wasn’t expecting. Would definitely use Cinch letchworth again.

Excellent Sorage Facility

I have had a storage locker with Cinch , Bicester for 3 years now, but recently needed a bigger unit. Cinch were most helpful in accommodating this, even though I did look at moving to a different company, who I was not impressed with. Cinch, Leanne, especially was most helpful wirh everything, I feel security is great there and staff are most helpful and welcoming. I would most highly recommend this Storage Company.
