I would Cinch again! I used Cinch for last-minute storage due to sudden renovation work. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the space required. Booking was swift and kept me posted on each step. They communicated with local removals to sort out the timing. Everything worked really smoothly.

TrustpilotCinch made moving house less stressful
Moving house was far less stressful with the option to gradually move stuff into storage before the move, and then move stuff out when we were ready, into the new house.Cinch Leighton Buzzard made this easy, with access whenever it suited us, plenty of parking close to the units, and helpful staff on hand when needed. Jason was particularly helpful.

I was shopping around and exploring options around my town and visited here, and I can’t fault it, the service was great, facilities and area was immaculate and 100% worth every penny, by far the best storage solution in my area, and best value for money! 10/10 recommend! Shoutout to Leanne as well for being professional and attentive during my visit!

Required storage again at Chippenham and the service really is 5 star with Andrew and Paul. I got there early today before opening time but Andrew saw me and got the gate open for me to drive in. He made sure that access to my unit was all sorted and I was finished in under 15 mins. I can’t stress enough how good the customer service is at this place and you are always welcomed with a smile and any issues are dealt with immediately. Life would be so much easier if the utility and media companies were as good as Andrew and Paul. Many thanks for your help today Andrew

Have used Cinch Storage since the summer and Jason and the team couldnt be more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I will use them again in the future without hesitation. The units are extremely clean, dry and secure. Top marks for a top secure unit!

Experience at the beginning was excellent as I had just come from a really bad one with another storage company, then out of the blue & with no warning I received a phone call from the store advising my contract had been terminated with immediate effect & that I had days to clear my unit, as a small business this obviously caused us alot of stress & unnecessary worry bur we cleared our unit as requested, for anyone wanting to store with these people just be warned to read the small print first & shop around ***update 9th March 2024***So you first of all are incorrect as the batteries that were being stored are not made from that material otherwise they would not have been able to be used in our equipment Secondly this means you would have gone into my unit without my authorisation so anyone reading this with a combination padlock I would be very very careful incase thry decide to enter your unit when you are not there to check on what your storing, something to think about

When any of our customers sign-up for storage with us, they agree to the T&C's which includes, not storing dangerous, prohibited or illegal items. It was discovered that you were storing a quantity of lithium batteries in your unit, which is why we were forced to give you immediate notice on your unit.
