I visited Cinch Seaford and they were really friendly, knowledgable and supportive! Me and my partner are moving house and Cinch have been nothing but a massive help in the middle of a stressful time! The facility looks brand new, it’s clean and a great value for money. We wanted to thank Martin and Grace for all of their help and we will definitely be recommending Cinch to anyone looking for storage!

If you're unsure about the size and dates to rent a storage unit - this should be your go to. As there was a gap between my move out and move in dates, I found myself needing a storage unit around Leighton Buzzard. I have messaged via the form on the website outlining the furniture and belongings I have, and received a call back within minutes from Aaron to discuss further. He has selected the best size for me (and it all fit in just perfectly!), so I went ahead and booked it in. They were very flexible on dates and unit sizes too! Price wise it is truly much cheaper than I expected. On the day of the move in, Jason helped me out selecting the best unit possible and walked me through all the bits. The move was taking some time and we needed access after they leave for the day, but here was a problem with the gate, so I called Jason and he came back within a couple of minutes to fix the issue! The service I have received from both Jason and Aaron was outstanding. I couldn't recommend them more. :)

Needed a space to store my costumes for a school play and Cinch didn't disappoint! Great advice on what was best and they found me a ground floor space which was perfect. I felt safe when popping in and out and Harriet was so attentive to any question I had. Definitely be using again.

Both Jason and Matthew were very friendly and helpful in sorting out the storage we needed.The process is straightforward....the only niggle being the slightly complicated entry and exit process that you have to go through every time. Other storage units provide an electronic entry fob which is simpler. However obviously security is taken seriously!

Aaron did an excellent job of helping me choose a storage space yesterday, we called into your business to inform about any possibilities on the way back from Amsterdam, he showed us various spaces and took the time to explain all my requirements, I immediately decided Cynch was the storage company I was looking for and had no reason not to comfortably leave my personal belongings in his hands.Without his input and detailed attention I'm sure I would have shopped around to get more quotes but he convinced me we were in good hands with Cynch.

This was originally a one star review, after a very frustrating start to my 3 month rental with cinch Brighton. After Stuart and the team went beyond what you could ever expect to put right the issue and even helped me unload a van, I can’t in my best interest leave this as one star… so have switched it to 4.Customer service was second to none.They owned the fact they made a mistake and did everything possible to put it right within 24 hours.A lot of company’s could learn from this. Excellent storage facility. Usually clean and very helpful staff team. I've been there for 6 years now and the team have always made me feel welcome. The office team are always keen to help if I raise any issues and there's always someone on site during office hours.

We visited Chippenham store and book a self-storage for 8 weeks. Andrew is really nice and kindly help us to find the most suitable size of storage with a competitive price! The storage is nice clean and convenient, also the security level is high as well. It's really recommended in Chippenham.

Graham and Jake at the Brentwood branch have been so supportive the best customer service by far.I needed a storage unit and had found Cinch at the Brentwood branch and I then arranged to meet with Graham where he kindly walked me through all the units available with sizes and prices. After deciding I went with the 100sq foot unit and week later I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit, and both Graham and Jake were very accommodating when I explained my situation and they both showed me bigger units and I was able to choose what I needed and everything was done straight away.Service from both Graham and Jake was 100% and I would highly recommend Cinch Self Storage Brentwood. Would definitely use Cinch Self Storage again.

I don’t normally bother writing reviews, but I’ve had a storage locker at Cinch Self Storage in Leighton Buzzard for the last few months and I think the service received deserves a shout out via this review. The team, especially Jason have always been very friendly and really do care about you and your needs. I needed a slightly smaller locker and the process of downsizing was super simple and easy. Cinch prices are comparable and good compared with other storage lockers, however the customer services really set’s this place apart. If you are looking for a storage locker in the area, or even one in a different part of the country, I’d recommend going with Cinch!

I would highly recommend Cinch in Letchworth if you are ever in need of Storage. Staff were excellent, facility clean and easy to access, price was good too.I needed to store the content of a 4 bedroom house for a few months, I made various enquiries online to gauge costs and size of storage space. Sally from Cinch Letchworth was the only person who followed up my enquiry with a call after e-mailing the details. She also called each month without being Sales pushy to just keep in touch.When we were ready to rent Sally took us around the establishment and showed us a number of units of different sizes which helped me to decide upon the size I needed. It was much cheaper than some others on the same road and certainly more helpful.I would highly recommend using Cinch in Letchworth any day. Go and try them out.

We had a last minute emergency and needed to get our Son’s home contents stored urgently. Lauren at CINCH in Letchworth was really helpful and supportive and made everything happen smoothly and quickly. We were all very stressed at the time and Lauren took all of that pressure away instantly. Pleased to report that our Son has been re housed and we no longer need the storage unit but should we ever need storage we would definitely use CINCH again.

Cinch Bicester were fantastic, they were so nice and helpful when we moved in. We didn't know how long we needed the unit and they didn't mind, they were completely flexible with us. When we moved out we had a problem with our movers and Leanne went above and beyond to be accommodating, to help us out and make it a more pleasant experience. She really didn't have to, it was inconvenient for her. We're so grateful to her. The whole team is lovely!

The team at Cinch Self Storage in Leighton Buzzard is always at hand to help when needed. I started receiving larger orders on pallets or in large boxes recently. Sometimes, if I am not in, Jason, Aaron or Andrew will receive the deliveries on my behalf and keep them safe until I am able to collect them. And they always do this with professionalism and care.
