Safe secure tidy storage

Have been a resident unit holder for sometime, since pandemic. Today was the day that the last bits have now been moved. Although we have said goodbye and handed back the unit, everything that did come out was perfect, ie not a hint of damp. If you need anything storing, use these guys, might not be the cheapest option, but if you value your belongings, these units are first class. Team onsite always very pleasant and helpful. Cannot fault.

Highly recommend

I highly recommend Cinch Storage, nice clean secure premises, my furniture was there 3 months and was exactly as I left it, no damp or any issues at all. I used the Watford branch and the store manager Aaron was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. If I ever need to store things again I would not hesitate to go back to Cinch.

Chippenham Cinch Self Storage

Having never used self storage before I was a bit apprehensive. Andrew and Paul made this such a stress free experience. They were so helpful, clear with the instructions and so friendly, always having time for a quick wave or chat. The facility is spotless clean, and very secure. I would recommend Chippenham Cinch to anyone requiring self storage. Andy/Paul, thank you very much. All the best for 2024.

Outstanding!

We've had countless negative experience with other storage providers ranging from poor facilities to negligent staff, and were out of ideas on what to do. Then Cinch Storage opened up near to us in Woking, we met with Craig in April, signed up and haven't looked back! Nothing is too much trouble, the facilities are excellent and the service is absolutely 5 star. Craig and his team work with their customers to offer flexible, agile services and ensure everyone is happy. I would encourage anyone looking for storage to use Cinch Woking, I can't fault them on anything.

Stress free house move

We recently moved house a needed a unit to store items to make the move as easy as possible. The team at Newbury were really helpful. I liked the after hours access to my unit. This meant I could slowly fill the unit at my own pace after work and at weekends. The unit was clean, secure and easy to access.

The outstanding staff and services at Cinch storage Southend…

The staff at Cinch storage Southend have been outstanding with their help. Mark, Lisa and Elliot have gone over and above helping me get the correct storage unit, packaging for my move and helping me when I bring my many items to storage, while moving. They have conveyed great communication, especially getting me a great price for my storage unit. Cinch storage has been so convenient to store items, as it is central to both my new and old homes. Great, not to have that worry of storage issues, while waiting months for properties to exchange and complete. I cannot thank the Cinch Team in Southend enough for their dedication and excellent client support. I highly recommend them and would use them again for any future storage needs. Thanks Mark and your team.

I telephoned Cinch Watford on Saturday and was surprised and delighted with how good the customer service was. Harriet is a real asset! Having put my mind at ease I went to have a look at the facility today and again Harriet couldn't be more helpful, giving me a tour of the site and explaining how everything works. I am fully signed up now and ready to use my storage room whenever I like. 10 out of 10, very good indeed.

Very impressed with my experience with Andriana in the Enfield. She has helped with van removal to finding the best storage size to suit my needs. We have had storage before with another company and moved over to Enfield because the store is clean and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The girls always have a smile on their faces and very quick at responding back to questions. Store is run very well 👍🏼

Excellent people!

Excellent storage unit in great location for me. The reception agents, Matt and Fraser in particular, went out of their way to make my visit there a really good experience, especially as I was having problems with my removal company. Fraser helped with negotiating difficulties with the removal men, and Matt was an angel in allowing me to scan some extremely important documents to my solicitor. Always friendly and helpful over the phone. Would highly recommend Cinch to anyone wanting a clean, dry, secure unit, with knowledgeable abd hepful staff.

Cinch Chippenham

Took storage out with the Chippenham Branch with Andrew and Paul. Initially to declutter in preparation for house sale and then moving the last of our house in when our purchase didn't marry up on dates with our sale.Andrew has been amazing when we've needed to upgrade the size of our unit and then upgrade again on moving day when we realised we still had so much to bring in. On the actual day he organised a second unit for us and saved us a lot of stress.Very professionally operated and helpful, answering any queries quickly. Thank you so much for your assistance. We'll definitely use you again, should the need arise.

Cinch Storage at Leighton Buzzard

The storage facility at Leighton Buzzard is clean and well lit and the access procedure is easy and reliable. I am currently emptying a unit and thus visit regularly. Whenever I park and go into the storage area, I always receive a friendly wave from Jason or Aaron in the office, and on the occasions I have spoken to them I have always found them helpful and very user friendly. Keep up the good work!

Andriana and Owen have been brilliant in showing Hannah and me all the storage options available to us at the new Cinch, as well as the bright new offices there. Services were explained thoroughly and negotiations were straight forward. Although we were not in a position to proceed now, we hope to in the future and would recommend this team highly! Many thanks for your time and understanding, Cheryl.
