Have delt with beresford once before and have mixed feelings the first time about 5 years ago the estate agent was very good polite and friendly but she left and had another lady take over who was very abrupt not a friendly person but so far this time everything has gone smoothly the lady (abby) has been excellent polite and professional fingers crossed the politeness and professionalism continues

GoogleThis is the worse estates agent i had been worked with. I was looking for 2 bedroom flat and they did give me rubbish flat. Flat never gets hot.my heating working 7/24. Mouldy bedrooms. I am feeling the winds into the bedroom when i try the get rest.i just asked for carpet cleaning before i move the flat its looks more clean but they want me to do professionall cleaning from a company before i leave from the flat for this and they want proof like receipt from me.but you did not give me or show me any proof for you done professional cleaning.flat has got many problems and i am receiving minimum 3 e-mail for a week from Beresford. They always try the send repairs company but that people never come on right time and right day.they thing i am seating all day at home and waiting for them and my only job is them. So why did you not sort it out all problems before i moved to flat. And also this is for all landlords they all think they are something but they are nothing. Do not get that much hungry to money. We are all humans, we will die one day and you can not take even a penny with yourself to other life or whatever you call.

GoogleI’ve been with Beresfords for a number of years now and they have been incredibly helpful to me. I use their introduction services, meaning they do the hard work of finding and vetting the right potential tenants. Beresfords also give timely advice, most recently regarding the tenancy deposit scheme and what the options are to lodge a dispute should elements of the tenancy agreement not be met. I’m not a “professional” landlady, I’m not doing this for profit, just to keep my little flat that I love until I’m to old for stairs and want to downsize. I highly recommend Beresfords Lettings Agency and enjoy their professional and conscientious services.

In order to let a property, went with Beresfords on a fully managed basis. All staff very helpful, several are Landlords themselves - so have the experience required. Service seems 100% so far, very impressed. Initially tried another well known high street agent who just didn't cut it on the service side. The staff seemed rather young and somewhat inexperienced, yet Beresfords the polar opposite from this!
