I had visited the new build site just to take a quick look on a Sunday afternoon. Julia was showing another buyer one of the homes. She was so warm and friendly and promised to be back to show me all the available properties once she had finished her appointment. She then spent a couple of hours getting to know me with genuine interest, gaining an understanding of my housing needs and showing me all of the available poperties. Since then Julia has been incredibly helpful, following up on the progress of my house sale and answering all of my questions.
