I have sold my property and have bought through Beresfords at the end of March and have been constantly battling to get updates with nobody returning my calls. Three weeks have passed and no Sale of Memorandum has been issued for the house we are buying which could now push our completion back into July (who is going to pay for the 12k additional stamp duty). We have informed Beresfords that the sale needs to be completed by the end of June to which they have ignored). Ask for James (Branch Manager) to call twice today but he seems too busy and nobody else knows what is going on with our Sale/Purchase. I thought the monies we pay where for a smooth process.
