Sarah was great today when she did our inspection. Friendly and approachable she asked if we had any issues with the flat. When taking photos was mindful that my partner was working from home. She noticed our kitchen tap was dripping slightly and noted it so water wouldn't be wasted. A small detail which she picked up on and wanted to help sort. She did everything to a high standard and was respectful looking around the flat. Sarah is a great asset to your team at the Chelmsford Beresfords branch.

Tessa and the team in lettings have been nothing but a joy to work with for the last 12 months.This was my first buy to let property and Tessa took her time, explaining everything to me clearly and concisely, avoiding all the pitfalls and helping me every step of the way, the fully managed service meant i never had to worry about the tenant in my property, who was checked and refferenced before entering and was put in constant contact if any issues arrose.I cant thank Tessa, Sarah, Dominique and the rest of the team enough for their hard work and service.

I am a landlord who needed my property in Colchester overhauled fairly extensively before being put on the letting market. I was not in a position to do this myself. Fortunately Tessa and her team at Beresfords in Colchester took the whole problem off my hands and did a great and speedy job getting the property refurbished and back on the market. Tessa marketed the property and achieved a high quality tenant within a couple of weeks. It is now rented out on a 1 year contract. GoogleDaniel Ives sold our house for us. He was on time for all appointments, took great photos, knowledgable and great from start to finish! He gave sound advice and not only did he sell our house quickly he went above and beyond searching for our forever home plus with my added endless questions and then stressful problems within the chain, he chased solicitors and other agents endlessly, helped with surveyors, solicitor and mortgage recommendations (who were all great!) and helped out of hours many times! We honestly can’t thank him enough, this wasn’t an easy sale and he went well and truly above and beyond, not one grumble or moan. The other estate agents in the chain weren’t helpful - everyone at Beresfords Brentwood were helpful and understanding throughout all the stress. Dan (and Brentwood branch) we can’t thank you enough!

We was with Beresfords as tenants for one year, and was very impressed with the Customer Service shown by our Inventory Clerk (Melissa McGaughin) throughout our Tenancy. Melissa listened to our concerns and always gave time for any questions to be answered. When she conducted her Inspections, she was always polite, friendly and very respectful of the home. We had dealings with some other agents at Beresfords, where Customer Service sometimes came across rather poor at times when help was needed. Melissa was no doubt the best. Best agent we dealt with on this occasion, they actually know the procedures and what they are doing and have a very efficient system in place. Absolutely excellent service ….Beresfords Colchester and the team in Chelmsford Maintenance Dept have been managing my rental property for over 2 years. They find suitable tenants immediately and have always sorted out any issues that have arisen quickly and efficiently. They are very thorough with inspections and are not afraid to tell a tenant when something needs improving. They are always at the end of the phone to offer support and help. They have always been very reasonable and fair when making decisions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
