Excellent service.. could not fault them!

Andy at Thorgills was excellent! From the moment we had a viewing til the moment we had finalised our offer for our new property. Andy was contactable at all times. If he missed my call he would get back straight to me. He was also patient and took his time to show us a few properties which was also useful. Haffeeza did our referencing and was also excellent! After using a different agent last year and it was nothing but stress I was dreading this stage! I was wrong! Haffeeza made it clear what we needed to do at each stage making it easy to finish our referencing within about 5 days. She also was contactable at all times and very professional. I would 100% recommend thorgills in the future and will use them again if I need too.

Excellent Estate Agent

Aaron is a brilliant example of what an estate/ letting agent should be. He not only noted my needs, he went the extra mile in making sure he did everything possible to help me in my search for a flat to rent. I didn't end up choosing to go through an estate/ letting agency preferring to deal directly with landlords myself. I'm leaving this feedback because if you're trying to decide which agent to trust; especially someone that cares about your experience, Aaron is your man! Thanks again for all the effort you put in to helping me, it's just a shame there's not a 10 star button!

Excellent Experience

I had a very good experience searching for a property with Tomek Cole. He was the perfect balance between professional and friendly upon our first meeting, and he showed myself and my partner a very high quality selection of flats in a short space of time. He had listened to our requirements, and therefore was able to offer us a bespoke service. During the first viewing, we found the perfect flat. Tomek was very transparent and helpful when we wanted to make an offer on a property; he was available to speak to us both and ensured all our questions were answered and that we were comfortable before signing anything. He kept in touch regularly, keeping us up to date on the progress of our offer. Based on this experience, I would certainly use Thorgills again, but more importantly would be very happy to deal with Tomek again. Thank you Tomek, for all your help and for helping us find such a wonderful flat! We are very happy :) Jodie & Simeon

Rachel Flynn

Rachel has been nothing short of world class in terms of managing the re letting of my flat. The last tenant left it in a terrible state, i was very upset as 9 months earlier the flat was in pristine condition. Together Rachel has managed to get the flat re decorated to a high standard, arranged delivery of new furniture needed as the last tenant stole and broke fixtures and furniture and always answers mails promptly and has kept me informed during the entire process. I let a number of properties and Rachel is truly the best person I've dealt with in over 12 years of letting.

The Trusted Agent

Leon is thoroughly professional, polite, and patient. He was very knowledgeable about all the properties we looked at, he offered helpful advice and recommendations, and we felt that he had our best interests at heart. We actually took a property with another Thorgills branch, but Leon was more than happy to show us around his properties again for the benefit of my partner who was absent the first time around, despite us being quite far along on finalising the lease with the other branch. Thank you, Leon.

Must improve communication

Leon has been professional, friendly and kind during our search for a property to rent and would recommend him. We were in a position where could be rejected for referencing but ready to make a decision in favour of one of the properties he presented. One of the reasons that stopped us was the promise for a call within the same day with further information and possible solutions to our problem, which unfortunately arrived three days later. We suggest him to improve this area and are sure that will get a well deserved five stars.

Extremely impressed by the effiency of Chloe Harte

I have had my buy to let with other agents prior to Thorgills- but I have to say, Thorgills have impressed me on a new level. I don't have to chase a thing. They up-date me regularly with everything I need. Keep in contact, and respond within minutes. Big thanks to Chloe Harte- Extremely efficient and very helpful. Please keep her looking after the management side of my property, and I will remain with Thorgills in the future :0)

Tomek Cole - truly an asset to Thorgills

I found Tomek to be incredibly professional, welcoming and a head above all other agents that I met. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the right property for me with Thorgills but this was not a reflection of Tomek in any way. I would have loved to have signed and agreed a tenancy with Tomeks assistance and I truly felt comfortable and at ease with him during our communication and viewings. I would really like to say the biggest THANK YOU to Tomek and I will be recommending him in the future.

Nathan, one of the best agent!

We are not exaggerating when we state that Nathan has been one of the best agent we ever dealt with (and we moved around quite a lot!). In a nutshell we owe Nathan at least a drink! Nathan has been Incredibly understanding, available, friendly and professional. He showed us many very nice and suitable flat, in budget and always incredibly close to our requirements. It has been only unlucky that we could not close the deal with him because at the end we decided to move in a different area. Thank you Nathan for all your efforts!

Thorgills Brentford - A Reliable Team

I had rented an apartment for me and my family with Thorgills, Brentford. The entire experience Thorgills Sales team followed by Customer Relations and Property Managers was exceptional and which helped us to finalize the property.. Tomek Cole from Sales showed us the properties and he knew exactly what we were looking for. He was transparent and honest which helped us to work with him for our selection though we were chased by other property dealers. There were iniitial hiccups with our request for beds which were fabulously managed by Fiona Duncan and her team. She did not leave any stone unturned to do the right thing and ensured we were comfortable with our choice of beds and went to the extent of replacing the beds till we were satisfied of our choice. Paris Kerrison was very thorough and transparent with the inventory check in and ensured that things were properly documented. Rachel Flynn, the property manager walked us through the property and the workings of the appliances. She was very prompt in answering the nitty gritty of things and interacted with the landlord to get us the answers back. I am extremely happy that Thorgills Brentford was the right choice for our property hunt.

My experience with Thorgills

Dear Sean, hope you’re really well. Just wanted to write you a quick email to say how wonderful my experience with Thorgills has been. I’ve got to say a massive thank you to Rachel Webb for chasing me up to get in contact with you. My cousins had rented a flat from Thorgills recently which Rachel was managing and they couldn’t sing her praises enough for being on it and so efficient. Therefore, I knew when I spoke to her and she said I should get in contact with you - it would be the best move. My dad remembers you and speaks very highly of you too. The team have been wonderful to work with and I will be sure to recommend Thorgills! Thank you again for getting us tenants for our 2 flats at Kew so quickly. All the best, Mumtaz Suterwalla

Great, proactive, professional service

I have been extremely impressed by the team at Thorgills Brentford, led by Sean Barret. Not only did they proactively approach us about marketing our property, they made great efforts in the tenant search, showing more prospective tenants round the property than all the other agents combined, keeping us abreast of updates as and when they happened. This proactivity ultimately led to them sourcing our new tenants, which were exactly the sort of tenants we were hoping for. We are really impressed so far, and hope to continue to be delighted by Thorgills as we move through the tenancy contract with our new tenants......

Helping Landlords Help Tenants

Rachel Webb recently got in touch with me with a request from my tenant for additional furniture to my property. Being new to this landlord game, I was picturing a whole heap of hassle and timewasting, but Rachel made everything painless by quickly offering me simple, affordable options and arranging everything with the tenant on my behalf. The query was resolved with a quick phone call and an email within the hour. Rachel's speed and efficiency was very much appreciated (especially when I am myself, at work) and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Tomek.Cole

Words cannot describe how thankful we are for his help. I'm moving to the uk from the U.S.A, and believe me it was not an easy task. Tomek was super helpful, he took the time to help us with our needs and found a place that fitted our budget perfectly. He was at the properties on time, and he was kind enough to show us with facetime. The process of relocating it is stressful he answered all our questions until we strike the perfect place not to far from my workplace. Please send my regards to his superiors, We look forward to shake the hand of the person who help us so much. Thanks, Johnny S.

They understand what you looking for

Looking for your new space with all aspects that make you feel like home can be really difficult. When dealing with estate agents, many only care about your budget, instead of listening to what you're looking for in a home. After being let down by several letting agencies who promised "spacious, stunning, new, etc", but in reality they were different, we were lucky to receive a call from Tomek. He's very positive, and with him, everything was easy, and more importantly, he showed us properties that suited our criteria, helping us to find our new home. Tomek closed the deal very quickly after we made our offer and was always available to answer my questions. We're very happy and will soon be moving into our new home that we fell in love with as soon as we entered it. Thank you Tomek for your outstanding customer service! Nebo & Charlotte

Quick, professional, friendly

Our property search lasted a grand total of 18 hours. Showed us two properties (that were both suitable) within a few hours of being instructed, offered, accepted, done. The way finding a new property should be, stuck to my brief, didn't send or show any properties that weren't within that brief. Basically a pleasure to deal with. It's a shame there aren't more estate agents out there like this. Supports Arsenal, but no one is perfect. :) Thanks Regan.

The right person in the right place

Leon is one of the best agents I've met while searching for a property to rent. He actually did listen to my requirements and offered only the best matches not loosing any of my time. Always punctual, reliable, professional, easy to communicate with yet very nice and friendly person. Simply, the right person in the right place! If I ever needed to do a property search in London again, my first steps would definitely lead to Thorgills.

Superb service

Thorgills was absolutely fantastic to work with. The search for a flat was quite stressful given the short time in which to find one and Aaron was calm, patient and really thoughtful of the type of place I actually wanted to live in. I worked with a large number of agents in a period of 1.5 weeks and definitely did not see the same level of service. Thank you!
