Terrible management of my rental properties. Very defensive and very pro tenant as it is easier to agree with the tenant and shove all issues no matter how outrageous to the landlord as I am a foreign landlord, eventhough I am paying for the management fees. And this is not the first experience, there at least 5 occasions! I have 2 properties under J&C and both horribly managed. A trick commonly observed is that to compel landlord to agree to exorbitant rectification when it is clearly a result of tenant's negligence, they use threat tactics and quote building authority regulations to scare foreign landlords to agree.

Agnes has been good to deal with my leasing case. She has been very patience in answering my questions as I am a first time buyer in UK. This credit is for Agnes only as I am not quite satisfied with the property management team which I am still waiting for an answer for dealing with my questions and problems.

GoogleI donβt think I have ever come across an agent like Sania Manocha. She has been EXTREMELY kind and always goes out of her way to keep you updated. I think we had multiple calls where she took the time to explain the process in detail and make time for viewings. She really went out of her way especially in an industry where agents donβt always contact you or drop you another prospective tenant. Other agents could really learn from Sania - simply the best!

dodgy estate agent, very unprofessional they asked me to come to property viewing even the flat is not available to view they asked me to pay 2000 GBP as a reservation fee when I want to make an offer.
