GoogleThe worst experience ever, superb time wasters and liars. Took on the flat to rent, according them it would be a matter of days but did nothing for a month and then, after several iterations during which they assured me to the contrary, they turned down the flat because I asked them to change the contract to multi agent instead than sole agent. They then refused to return the keys imposing me to send someone if I wanted my keys back. So you know it is with them or nothing, and with them it is your problem.

After checkout they very late with providing access for car park, which resulted for additional charges for me. During the checkout period, they wanted to charge for mattess stain which we never done and there were no picture of the bottom of matress with stain, only top of it.
