Very experienced and efficientJohns&Co were efficient, proficient and professional from the start.They have been excellent at communicating with us and helped us get everything sorted for our move-in very effectively. We were a bit confused in some parts of the process but they were a great aid for any questions we had, even after our move-in. Bethel and Gytis are great!

GoogleThey did not let me be present on my check out and then pretend that things were missing from the property.They tried to charge me for cleaning issues without be present on check out.Also they tried to keep my money difference from deed of surrender.Finally for refund they were lying that they did the refund but it took them two weeks without receiving my money back. I did not expect those things happening to me when I explained to them that due to health problems I had to leave the house and needed the money for my problem.They took advantage of me.

The agency is very responsive, they are available to hear out our issues and help them resolve. Priscilla Ogefere provided full support during my moving out and also helped get my deposit back. She took care of my issue personally and was very kind. Overall it was a bit slow but a smooth experience.
