I had a very disappointing experience with Sales Nikolay Yankov. His tone was unprofessional and condescending, even suggesting that we needed to "educate ourselves" as potential buyers. Rather than offering genuine guidance, it felt like he was more interested in pushing a sale. Such behavior reflects poorly on the agency and left me questioning their professionalism. I would advise future buyers to be cautious.

If it wasn’t for Anthony Otigba we would never have gotten the flat and experience we received at the end. Actually took time to properly listen, give us a few showings and be patient when it came to collecting all the documents for the tenancy. Even then throughout my tenancy he always made time and helped even for issues that weren’t even his area of responsibility.

Mr. Param Virdee demonstrated excellent customer service even he was out of office from 25 November 2023 to 27 November 2023. He gave immediate response to my email sent to him on 25 November 2023. I requested an urgent maintenace job to fix my heater problem (IS12775593). It is because extreme cold temperatures -2 °C is happening in Manchester. More worsely, I has caught cold and in fever. He follow-up with contractor to carry out maintenance job and ensure the problem could be fixed with top priority.

We had a really good experience with John's & Co Royal Wharf throughout our tenancy. Due to outside factors, our initial renting was really rushed, and they were really accommodating.They dealt with maintenance issues in a good timeline.When we had to deal with building management through them, they were firmly on our side.They were also very reasonable during negotiating a new contract.If you are looking to rent in E16, they are really quite good.
